In addition to providing readers with basic services such as bibliographic inquiry, open-shelf borrowing, borrowing on behalf of others and information retrieval, the library also makes full use of network technology and RFID technology, and opens the digital library and self-service book lending and returning service 24 hours a day. Readers can visit the website of the library through any computer with internet access, find the literature catalogue of the library, read and download full-text e-books. By the end of September, 14, the digital library of the library included 925 superstar Chinese e-books, 50 million copies of China knowledge resources database, 23,992 sets of Yin Fu exam simulation question bank, 8,987 sets of online lectures in Weixiu lecture hall, and Dacheng old journal database1552,795 copies, which were copied by the National People's Congress. Read more than 600 kinds of nine planetary touch-screen periodicals/kloc-0, 668 copies of Guizhou literature and history database, 2,435 copies of Guizhou local chronicles database (jointly built with Guiyang Library's characteristic database) and 27,567 pieces of metadata of Guiyang Library's characteristic database. The total capacity of digital resources in the collection reaches 28TB.

At present, the library has 34 144 licensed readers, which has realized the "zero threshold and full free" service. The main work in the museum is managed by computer, and the application software is ILAS Ⅱ Ⅱ. The library publishes three kinds of secondary documents: cultural information, economic policy information and agricultural science and technology abstracts to provide information services for readers.
