The network and digital construction of library has become a large-scale construction. It has 20 full-text databases, including e-books, China academic journals, doctoral dissertations, photocopies of NPC, China legal retrieval system and China macroeconomics, and has opened two original foreign language databases, Lexisnexis and Westlaw.

The libraries in the two campuses are connected by local area network, which realizes unified planning, unified management, borrowing and returning, and resource sharing. The weekly opening hours are 94 hours.
