In view of the increasing number of confirmed cases in COVID-19 recently, the situation of epidemic prevention and control is complicated and severe. In order to further prevent the risk of epidemic spread in COVID-19, build a strict epidemic prevention and control network, and effectively protect the health and life safety of the people in the whole region, according to the unified deployment of provinces and cities, combined with the actual prevention and control in our region, the District Prevention and Control Office decided to implement key control over crowded places in the whole region. The relevant prevention and control measures are hereby notified as follows:

First, strengthen key management and control, and implement two-code joint investigation measures. From now on, the "two-code joint check" of health code and COVID-19 vaccination Phnom Penh identification code will be fully implemented in medical institutions, supermarkets, farmers' markets, hotels, libraries, cultural centers, nursing homes, gyms, KTV, cinemas, Internet cafes, banks, scenic spots, schools, prisons, various service halls, enterprises and institutions and other crowded places, buses, taxis and other public transport vehicles.

Second, strengthen responsibility and keep the bottom line of epidemic prevention and control. All localities and units should raise awareness, unify their thinking, strengthen their responsibilities, strictly implement territorial responsibilities and industry management responsibilities, comprehensively investigate the functions and powers of densely populated places, systems and units within their jurisdiction, improve the accounts of key places, convey the latest prevention and control policies at the first time, organize supervision and inspection teams, guide strict entrance inspection and registration of key places, and ensure that all prevention and control measures are in place and that prevention and control work in key places is foolproof.

Third, strengthen vaccination propaganda and speed up the construction of immune barrier. All localities and units should continue to increase publicity and guidance on vaccination. On the basis of routine epidemic prevention and control and vaccination publicity, publicity posts and teams will be set up in various crowded places to register and file people who have not been vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccine, to understand the reasons why they have not been vaccinated, to publicize the safety, effectiveness and necessity of popularizing vaccination, to dispel doubts, to ease negative emotions, and to guide them to get vaccinated immediately and get immune protection in time.
