Lianxian Library, formerly known as Lianxian Cultural Center Library, was founded in the early days of the founding of New China. It is located in Lianzhou Town Central Primary School and Hongxing Road County Radio Station. 1968 merged with the county Federation of Trade Unions Library. There are amateur art schools, performing arts service centers, literature creation rooms, art archives and folk art rooms in the cultural center.

Lianxian Museum was founded in 1983. 1999 a new four-story Lianzhou museum building with a construction area of 2,580 square meters was built in Cultural Square. The exhibition hall on the first floor, the exhibition room above the second floor and the cultural relics warehouse.

The museum has been investigating, researching and protecting China's material and cultural heritage for a long time, and editing relevant materials.

Township cultural station

65438-0998, the proposal of the Eighth National People's Congress of Guangdong Province on the construction of mountain culture was implemented. By 2003, libraries, cultural centers, museums, cultural squares, 2/kloc-0 township cultural stations and 25 cultural facilities had been built in the city.

From June 5438 to 10, 2002, 2/kloc-0 townships in the city all completed the construction of cultural stations according to the requirements of the provincial people's congress, with a total construction area of 2? 090 thousand square meters. There are 7 township cultural stations with a building area of 1000 square meters. The Provincial Department of Culture allocated 654.38 million yuan for each new station, with equipment worth 70,000 yuan. By the end of 2003, the construction area of 12 township cultural rooms in the whole city was: Lianzhou town 25 12 square meters, Dalubian town 788 square meters, Xing Zi town 889 square meters, Longping town 2800 square meters, Xijiang town 1 124 square meters.

Township cultural stations carry out township cultural activities, support the inheritance and improvement of folk culture, cultivate grassroots cultural talents, and complete the tasks assigned by higher cultural departments. Walnut Head Site is located in Jingtou Village, Baoan Town, belonging to the late Neolithic cultural site. In 1982, 30 pieces of stone tools and small square pottery fragments were found.

Sean site is located in Sean village, Lianzhou town, belonging to the late Neolithic cultural site. 1985 unearthed stone axes, spinning wheels, stone rings and other grinding stone tools and pottery fragments.
