In recent years, the leading group and all the staff of Shenyang Normal University Library have taken everything for readers and meeting their greatest needs as their service concept and goal. Under the guidance of this concept, we boldly reformed and innovated, and gradually formed and established an open service management system. First, it has achieved all-weather opening, 98 hours a week. The second is to open the frame in all directions. People and books meet directly. Third, the management mode of storing, borrowing, reading and searching has been completely realized. Fourth, it has realized services such as online information retrieval, bibliographic inquiry, book reservation, renewal, consultation, electronic announcement, reader's suggestion box and subject navigation, and online digital resources are open 24 hours a day. Actively carry out information consultation, offer literature retrieval courses for school teachers and students, and provide various training on the use of electronic resources. In addition, an information liaison system has been implemented, which keeps close contact with various departments and actively provides disciplinary and personalized services for teachers' teaching and scientific research needs, such as subject novelty retrieval, thematic service and substitute inspection. It can also provide teachers with information resources that are not available in libraries at home and abroad through interlibrary loan and document delivery services.
