1. Hangzhou registered residents can enjoy the literature borrowing service with their citizen cards or second-generation ID cards.

2. Residents who are not registered in Hangzhou but hold the social security card in Hangzhou can enjoy the document borrowing service with the social security card or the second-generation resident ID card.

3. Non-Hangzhou registered residents with Alipay Sesame Credit score of 550 or above can apply for binding ID number in Sesame Credit Lending Service, and after binding, they can enjoy the same literature lending service as Hangzhou registered residents.
