Introduction:
Community is an important part of modern society. With the economic transformation in China, the former "unit-oriented" society is gradually changing to a "community-oriented" society. Community has become an important place for people to live, work and study, and its importance is increasingly prominent. Neighborhood Committee plays an important role in the community and is also the most basic organization. It is in the process of development and perfection in our community and has strong administrative characteristics. As a grassroots organization, the number of clients is relatively large, and the age, education and experience are complicated. Understanding the community through neighborhood committees is an important way. The five of us naturally formed a group and worked as interns in Chen Anli Community Neighborhood Committee. We made a simple survey of the community and got a preliminary understanding.
Brief Introduction of Chen Anli Community Neighborhood Committee:
Chen Anli Community, located in the southeast of Zizhuyuan Street, was built in the 1980s, covering an area of 1 1.27 hectares, including 4.5 hectares of green space, accounting for 40% of the total area, 5.06 hectares of residential area and a total construction area of136,000 square meters. * * There are more than 20 central and municipal enterprises with 65,430 buildings. There are 565,438+065,438+09 people (including 2,665,438+04 men and 2,505 women), and the composition of residents is complex, some of them have moved from other areas and some have moved from rural areas. It is a typical old community. See table 1 and table 2 in the appendix for the age composition and educational level of the community.
The living facilities in the community are perfect, including banks, kindergartens, community hospitals, vegetable markets and supermarkets. It provides convenience for residents' lives. Community cultural facilities are complete, including cultural leisure square, fitness venue, activity room of "Starlight Project" for the elderly, "Ankang Classroom" and "Ankang Family Activity Room".
In 2003, the Street Working Committee focused on urban construction and community construction, insisted on focusing on key points, highlighting characteristics and increasing investment, and made every effort to build the "three major brands" of street work, namely, environmental brand, service brand and * * * brand. Invest 3 million yuan to transform the community environment in Chen Anli, and build a 1.3 million square meter leisure fitness square for popular science culture, sports and leisure culture. The square consists of music square, entertainment square, fountain, leisure teahouse and popular science corridor. Square green space is quite distinctive, evergreen all the year round. The completion of the square has turned the messy old community into a beautiful modern community.
Community construction has changed the community environment, and the community environment has changed the people in the community. Under the leadership of community neighborhood committees, community residents have made full use of community cultural leisure squares. Civic Civilization School has carried out a variety of activities, mobilized the enthusiasm of residents to participate in community construction, made residents form the concept that "the community is my home, and construction depends on everyone", comprehensively improved the comprehensive quality of community residents, and made Chen Anli's community democratic autonomy and spiritual civilization construction reach a new level.
Community neighborhood committees have a complete organizational structure system (see Appendix Table 3). In May this year, the neighborhood committee moved into a new office with relatively perfect facilities and established various activity rooms and studios. In view of the space and practical needs, many activity rooms are just a house that undertakes several tasks at the same time. For example, the office of the community neighborhood committee is also a people's mediation committee and a workstation for women's rights protection. Party member activity room, party member audio-visual classroom, conference room, population school, civic civilization school, senior school, etc. They are all placed in the same classroom equipped with TV sets, tables, chairs and audio equipment, because the use time can be adjusted and the resources needed are similar. Although it says disabled people's association, amusement park for the elderly, cultural activity room, health recreation room and day care room, it is mainly used as a cultural activity room, with complete chess, cards and books. In daily use, there are old people playing chess and teenagers playing chess. The most complete facility is youth park, which also has the functions of library, Ankang classroom and cultural salon. It is the place where children play the most, and because of the complete facilities and many things to play, adults are willing to bring their children here to play. The daily service of residents' committees for the people is all integrated into one room, with many big tables, including free access to government documents, full-time agents, resident service stations, party member liaison stations and other functions; Family planning training class, community health service station, family planning association and community psychological consultation room are all integrated in one room, with tables and chairs, a single shelf for storing leaflets, cabinets for family planning appliances and blackboards, which are fully equipped and convenient to work.
In terms of residents' affairs, the services provided by the community include social security, civil affairs, family planning, comprehensive management and judicial polls, party and group organization affairs, community policing and urban management supervision. Each service also includes specific projects (see Appendix Table 4), which are the responsibility of specialized personnel, with clear rights and responsibilities and clear division of labor. In addition, a joint meeting system, a public reception system, a visiting system and an evaluation system have been established to provide community affairs consultation for residents.
In addition to normal administrative affairs, the neighborhood committee has also carried out a series of activities related to residents' life, study and entertainment. Interest groups have been set up in the community, such as old-age chorus, old-age yangko team, ballroom dancing, disco, fitness team, Tai Ji Chuan, Taijijian, hiking and kite group, etc., to organize residents with the same hobbies, provide a platform for everyone to communicate and promote the harmony of the community environment; The community has established a life care system for the elderly, a community empty nest elderly rescue system and an elderly service system; Raise funds for poor mothers; On important festivals and anniversaries, some activities will be organized, such as June 1 day, July 1 day, helping the disabled day and population day, as well as traditional festivals, such as the Double Ninth Festival. During the summer vacation and winter vacation, we also organize students to return to the community. In terms of voluntary service, the community is also booming. There are 8 teams with 248 people in the community, which have played an important and positive role in medical and health care, convenient service, cultural and sports publicity and family planning publicity. All the activities organized by volunteers have been welcomed by community residents and achieved some results.

Chen Anli community is rich in facilities and resources. The rich facilities and human resources in the community provide convenient conditions for activities. The community has carried out many activities aimed at the needs of residents, from daily life to cultural entertainment, from serving the elderly to serving the young, with many varieties and high quality. Community neighborhood committees have a good reputation and prestige among residents and laid a good mass foundation. Residents have a high degree of participation in community activities, and they trust and are willing to participate in the activities of community neighborhood committees. For community residents, they prefer a quiet and comfortable living environment. In terms of activities, people prefer to participate in activities rather than let them make suggestions.
The full trust and mobilization of residents is an important factor for the smooth development of activities. But in this process, it should be noted that residents' quality and participation are also variables that need to be considered, and it is difficult to predict what kind of performance residents will have in specific activities. The original plan may affect the quality because the estimation of the residents' situation is not in place, especially in the activities in which the whole people participate. Sometimes in group activities, some residents may disregard the whole process of activities for their own interests, and residents' imitation may lead to activities. This is a possible problem that needs more attention from the staff. Of course, this is also a place to inspect the staff and an important aspect of community cohesion and vitality.
To sum up, community neighborhood committees have a good impression among residents, and activities in the community need to make full use of the resources of neighborhood committees and do a good job of communication with them. Using the resources of neighborhood committees to realize activities.
During the summer vacation, most of the students in the club returned to the club. Due to the long holidays, some schools' collective activities are reduced, and the demand for young people's activities is prominent. Most communities will use this time to engage in educational activities to meet the needs of young people and reduce the burden of parents' care. In view of this, the Chen Anli internship group decided to carry out activities aimed at community teenagers to meet the needs of the community and achieve the internship goal.
