Measures for the administration of commodity bar codes
Article 4 The General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (hereinafter referred to as the AQSIQ) and the National Standardization Administration Committee (hereinafter referred to as the National Standards Committee) are the competent departments in charge of barcode work throughout the country, and organize and manage barcode work throughout the country in a unified manner. China article coding center (hereinafter referred to as the coding center) is the national commodity bar code working organization, responsible for the specific implementation of the national commodity bar code management. Article 6 Producers, sellers and service providers who have obtained business licenses and relevant legal business qualification certificates according to law may apply for registration of manufacturer identification codes.
When a subsidiary with independent legal person status in a group company needs to use a commodity bar code, it shall separately apply for a registered manufacturer identification code in accordance with the regulations. Article 7 An applicant for registration of a manufacturer's identification code (hereinafter referred to as the applicant) may apply for registration of a manufacturer's identification code to a local branch of the coding center (hereinafter referred to as the coding branch).
The applicant shall fill in the Registration Form for Members of China Commodity Bar Code System, produce the business license or relevant legal business qualification certificate and provide a copy. Eleventh in any of the following circumstances, the manufacturer identification code shall not be registered:
(a) unable to produce a business license or relevant legal business qualification documents;
(two) social organizations, trade associations, intermediaries and other organizations or units, not units that use the manufacturer identification code;
(3) Other circumstances that violate laws and regulations or the articles of association of ean international.
