Measures for the Administration of Reception (Provisional)

1. When visiting the library, people outside the school need to contact the library business department in advance and visit the library at the appointed time. The reception tasks arranged by the school office shall be received by the curator or arranged by the business department according to the actual reception.

2, where radio, television, newspapers and other propaganda personnel to the library for interview activities need to obtain the consent of the school propaganda department in advance, and accompanied by a special person, directly to the library interview departments shall not receive.

3. When readers outside the school come to our library to consult the literature and materials, they must go to the business department on the third floor of the library with a letter of introduction from their unit and their valid documents (ID card, work permit, student ID card or passport) to apply for a temporary library card, and then they can consult the books and materials in each reading room with this card. The reading card is valid on the same day.

4. The management measures for the reception of readers in colleges and universities that have cooperative relations with our school provide services according to the service methods agreed by both parties.

5. Books and periodicals borrowed by off-campus readers are limited to reading and copying in the library and may not be taken out of the library. Access to precious documents and materials shall be subject to the consent of the competent curator, and services shall be provided according to the relevant regulations of the library.

6. Readers who want to use the electronic resources of our library must hold their ID cards and temporary reading cards, and apply for temporary computer cards at the "One Card Card Issuance Center" on the first floor of the library. 30 yuan deposit will be charged for the temporary boarding card, valid for 2 days (including the day). The temporary card must be returned before the expiration of the validity period, and the deposit will be refunded. If the card is not returned at the expiration of the validity period, it will be fined 1 yuan every day until the balance and deposit in the card are deducted, and it will be listed in the "credit stain" list, which will restrict its future use of library services.

7, off-campus readers in the use of the library, must abide by the rules and regulations of the school and the library, if there is a violation, will be dealt with according to the corresponding rules and regulations.
