Keywords: physical geological data, service reception of the earth resources exhibition hall specimen garden
The earth resources exhibition hall and the specimen garden are the windows for the external service of the physical geological data of the National Physical Geological Archives, and the display contents are the treasures collected by the National Physical Geological Archives. Since the completion of the Earth Resources Exhibition Hall and the Specimen Garden of the National Physical Geology Archives on 20 10, the management and social service of China's physical geology data have been gradually improved, and the reception of the physical geology data service of the National Physical Geology Archives has also leapt to a new level, from the completion and opening of the Earth Resources Exhibition Hall to the opening of large-scale specimen gardens to the listing of popular science bases. In the past four years, we have greatly improved the product development and service reception level of physical geological data services. The exhibition services of the Earth Resources Exhibition Hall and the Specimen Garden of the National Natural Geological Archives are gradually maturing and being recognized by more and more people.
The basic situation of 1
1. 1 catalogue of products in the earth resources exhibition hall
The Earth Resources Exhibition Hall includes a 330m2 exhibition hall and a 100m2 exhibition corridor. The contents of the exhibition are all excellent physical geological data selected by the Physical Geological Data Center from all over the country in recent years. There are 54 typical mineral deposits in China, the physical geological data of section D of Jingshan Park in Changxing County, Zhejiang Province (the "golden nail" section) and the important physical geological data of Keketuohai rare mining area in Fuyun County, Xinjiang. In addition, some typical ornamental stones and fossils were selected.
Physical and geological data of 54 typical mineral deposits, including 24 1 specimen and 56.6 m core, are displayed in the showcase in the middle of the earth resources exhibition hall. The physical objects on display include ore specimens, representative drilling cores, brief text of the deposit, exploration project deployment map, exploration line profile, etc. Around the transparent display cabinets, typical ore specimens in the mining area are the main ones, and each display cabinet represents a mining project.
The north side of the exhibition hall is the important physical geological data of Keketuohai mining area in Fuyun County, Xinjiang, China. The National Archives of Natural Geology has collected 65,438+055 specimens in this mining area. There are 37 typical ore specimens in the exhibition hall, and the geological characteristics of the Keketuohai mining area are written on the exhibition board.
On the west side of the exhibition hall is a comprehensive display of D section model of Jingshan Park in Changxing County, Zhejiang Province, including physical stratum histogram, physical section map, physical specimen, supporting text description, histogram, 3D media production film and so on.
The National Natural Geological Archives systematically collected the D section of Jingshan Park in Changxing County, Jiangsu Province. From Longtan Formation and Changxing Formation of Upper Permian to Yinkeng Formation and Nanlinghu Formation of Lower Triassic, the profile is divided into 1 15 layers, and 354 specimens of rocks, paleontological fossils and chemical analysis series are collected. In particular, two samples of "golden nails" were collected continuously, and the physical columnar display samples were made. The exhibition wall shows 1 ~ 62 layers of physical profiles and 30 representative specimens of physical profiles.
In addition, the exhibition hall is decorated with important cores and ornamental stones from Continental Scientific Drilling and Three Gorges in-situ stress drilling.
The exhibition hall includes 172 mineral and crystal specimens, 17 ornamental stone specimens, 8 fossil specimens of GUANLING biota in Guizhou, and 4 1 Jehol biota in western Liaoning.
1.2 large specimen garden
The large-scale specimen garden of the National Natural Geological Archives covers an area of 20,000 square meters. The large-scale specimens in the park are typical and representative with large number, large individuals, outstanding characteristics and rich types. Such a herbarium is unique in China at present. There are rock specimens and ore specimens in the specimen garden, mainly ore specimens. At present, the rock specimens displayed mainly include metamorphic rock-Taishan stone, volcanic rock-basalt, sedimentary rock-sedimentary nodule. At present, there are 152 ore specimens collected from 98 mines in 26 provinces and regions of China. We divide these ore samples into four regions according to nonferrous metals, ferrous metals, precious metals, rare metals and nonmetals. These ores are all from famous or typical mines in China, which record and show the magical features of underground treasures in China.
Non-ferrous metal minerals mainly include copper, lead, zinc, tungsten, tin, molybdenum and bauxite, with copper, lead and zinc as the main minerals. There are 16 specimens of copper or copper polymetallic deposits in 8 provinces including Yunnan, Xinjiang, Inner Mongolia and Liaoning. Tungsten ore mainly comes from Jiangxi province, and there are four specimens of tungsten ore. The tin mine comes from Yunnan, and there are two specimens of the mine. There are 7 lead-zinc ore samples from five provinces and cities, including Jiangxi, Guangdong and Guangxi. Two bauxite samples were collected from Henan and Guangxi.
In the ferrous metal mineral area, * * * there are ferrous metal ore samples 12, including 8 iron ores, 3 manganese ores and chromite 1 each, respectively from Hebei, Hainan, Yunnan and Shaanxi provinces 1 1 each. Most of these mines are very famous super-large deposits and named geological deposits, which represent the main genetic types of iron ore and manganese ore in China.
Precious metals * * * include 15 samples from Shandong, Henan, Liaoning, Inner Mongolia, Hunan, Shaanxi and other provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government. They are mainly gold deposits, including chronological type, altered lithology, mylonite type, fine disseminated type, altered granite type and rockburst breccia type.
Rare metal area, Keketuohai rare metal mine in Fuyun county, Xinjiang, tantalum-niobium mine in Yichun, Jiangxi.
Non-metallic zone, phosphate rock and kaolin ore. Phosphate rock is mainly banded phosphate rock deposited in the sea; Kaolin mine is mined from the famous Jingdezhen, Jiangxi Province, and is the raw material (parent rock) for porcelain making.
In addition, there are three specimens of energy mines, namely Dafeng coal mine in Shizuishan, Ningxia, graphite mine in Yichang, Hubei and graphite mine in Heilongjiang.
2. Analysis of the service reception of the earth resources exhibition hall and the herbarium.
Since the completion of the Earth Resources Exhibition Hall and the Specimen Garden of the National Natural Geological Archives in 20 10, by the end of April 20 14, * * has received people from all walks of life 17 186 person-times, 430 groups, given 364 lectures and distributed 2642 copies of various publicity materials. The statistical results of the purpose of visiting the library show that students practice 24%, visit 67%, investigate 5% and train 3%. Observation sampling is relatively late, so the proportion is very small, nearly 1% (table 1, figure 1). According to the statistics of the structure of visitors in recent five years, college students account for 46%, social organizations account for 24%, government agencies account for 5%, collection institutions account for 3%, scientific research institutes account for 4%, enterprises account for 2%, primary and secondary school students account for 10%, and individual experts account for 3% (Table 2 and Figure 2). In order to improve the service level, after 20 12, we conducted a satisfaction survey on tourists. By the end of April 20 14, we had received 187 satisfaction questionnaires, including 68 in 20 12, 74 in 20 13 and 2065438. In 20 13 years, the satisfaction questionnaires received increased 130% compared with 20 12 years, and in 20 13 years, it increased 182%, of which18/. Generally speaking, tourists' attention to physical geological data is increasing year by year, and satisfactory results have been achieved. Since the completion of the 20 10 earth resource exhibition hall and herbarium, five large-scale service receptions have been successfully completed on the 4th1,42nd, 43rd, 44th and 45th Earth Days, and nearly 10,000 people from all walks of life have been received on the 5th Earth Day, and the 20th12 was successfully completed. It has received 40 people from large foreign organizations twice, including 20 13 seminar on geology and mineral resources management in developing countries and 20 14 seminar for students from geology and mineral resources departments in Asian countries (table 3).
In order to improve the reception of the earth resources exhibition hall and the specimen garden, on the one hand, we constantly develop and improve the exhibits of physical geological data, add new display products every year, and constantly improve the display forms. For example, 20 13, the label of the exhibits was changed from the original Chinese to Zhongying City, and 20 14, we changed the mine exhibition board to Zhongying City. At the same time, we have also established relevant work processes and systems. In addition to carefully explaining the reception of visitors, we should also register, sort out and distribute the introduction of the physical geological data center and other related materials, and fill in the customer satisfaction questionnaire. Relevant systems, such as the notice of visit, have been formulated, which provides a guarantee for improving the reception level of foreign services of the earth resources exhibition hall and the specimen garden.

3 exhibition hall and specimen garden foreign service reception problems at present
3. 1 Construction of collection facilities
At present, the earth resources exhibition hall and exhibition hall of the National Natural Geological Archives only have an area of 330+ 100 square meters, and they are temporarily rebuilt, which makes the natural geological data collected by the National Natural Geological Archives in recent years not fully displayed and utilized. At present, the collection equipment is simple, the corridor leaks rain seriously and the ventilation conditions are extremely poor; Lack of monitoring equipment, unreasonable display cabinets, especially the inability to clean the exhibits displayed in the corridor, also have security risks.
3.2 Display exhibits development
For visitors and interns, the exhibits should be not only rich, but also unique and fashionable. Our exhibition hall and specimen garden have been displaying the same exhibits for the past five years, lacking creativity and treasures of the town hall. The supporting panels and labels of the exhibits are not beautiful enough, which makes people feel that they can't shine for a while and haven't reached the point of lingering.
4 Future countermeasures and measures
The Earth Resources Exhibition Hall and the large-scale specimen garden are the windows for the external service of the National Natural Geological Archives, and their conditions directly affect the image of the National Natural Geological Archives, so more attention should be paid from several aspects in the future.
1) In the development of exhibits in exhibition halls and specimen gardens, we should fully understand the natural geological data collected by national natural geological data, select fine products as exhibits, and collect and supplement some special exhibits in town halls, so as to make our service products, exhibition halls and specimen gardens full of creativity and freshness.
2) In terms of display style, the exhibits and their related large specimen display boards, labels, instruction boards and nameplates are beautifully designed; Change it regularly, and constantly adjust the position of the exhibits, so that the display is not outdated and can be moved.
3) Strengthen the cultivation of the quality and image of receptionists and establish a good image in the process of foreign reception services. In addition to the traditional procedural work, we should be decent, quiet and self-restrained in dress, action and speech.
4) On the basis of previous work, increase publicity, play a good role as a window, make use of products collected by national natural geological data, make more exhibits, showrooms, hold exhibitions, or make TV films, special reports, multimedia education systems, or web pages. Make full use of physical geological data to enhance the publicity effect. Really enliven and make full use of the physical geological data in the national physical geological data collection.
5) In terms of inter-library cooperation and exchange, we should intensify research and expert consultation, see more and communicate more, especially the trend-setting exhibitions, increase our knowledge and horizons, better develop the service products of exhibition halls and specimen gardens, give play to the role of beautiful windows, and establish a good image of the national physical geological archives.
