Although the Tianjin Uprising in Shandong failed, it effectively cooperated with the Tianjin Uprising in Henan, Zhili and Gyeonggi areas, dealt a heavy blow to the reactionary rule of the landlord class forces in the Qing Dynasty and all over the country, and inspired the fighting spirit and determination of the peasant masses everywhere to resist feudal rule. One of the reasons for the failure of the Tenrikyo uprising is that the local insurgents failed to cooperate well with the action, and most of them fought alone, allowing the Qing army to break them one by one; Second, the insurgents are in a hurry, lacking strategic vision and unable to defend the city and maneuver; Third, the landlords' armed forces in various places are still very strong. After the Tian Li Uprising, in order to protect vested interests, they actively organized reactionary groups and armed forces to cooperate with the Qing army to suppress. Coupled with the lack of combat experience of the insurgents, it is difficult to compete with the well-equipped Qing army.
Although the Tian Li Uprising failed, the people's anti-Qing struggle continued and gathered into a huge torrent, which eventually overthrew the Manchu dynasty in the Revolution of 1911.
