Luodingbang Middle School, sponsored by Roche Trust Fund, has campuses in Hong Kong and Shunde respectively. Hong Kong Campus is located at No.8 Ma Cong Road, Tai Po, New Territories, Hong Kong, and Shunde Campus is located at Xingui South Road, Daliang Street, Shunde District, Foshan City.

The school covers an area of 932 1 m2. All classrooms are equipped with air conditioning, computers and projectors, and each student can be assigned a locker. There is an administrative building, three teaching buildings, two experimental buildings, four student dormitories, a library and a 400-meter standard sports ground. The library has a rich collection of books, indoor equipment and various functional field equipment are configured according to the standards of provincial first-class schools, and a campus network and an electronic reading room are built. All classrooms are equipped with multimedia teaching platforms.

The school building improvement project has been completed, and the new facilities include language teaching room, computer-aided teaching room, science and technology teaching room and digital media production room.

The school library was improved in the summer vacation of 2009, and now there is a study room with nearly 100 seats.
