Turn right when you get out of the railway station, and walk about 500 meters to Shanchang North Road (it's a T-junction, and you can see the intersection of the train lane to the north). There is a book wholesale and retail market on the west side of Shanchang North Road, with many kinds and very affordable prices. Cross the road in front of Luoyang Railway Station by 103 and get off at Wangcheng Square. Luoyang Xinhua Bookstore is near Zhouwangcheng Square, to the east of Luoyang Department Store, opposite the Postal Building, where books are very expensive. I suggest you go to Xishu Bookstore on the other side of Zhouwangcheng Square (not far from the south side of Luoyang Department Store). These books are all very good.
