From 65438 to 0997, the "knowledge project" focusing on the development of township libraries showed a steady development trend in Beichen District. In addition to starting this work with 6,543.8+0.4 million yuan, a "Village Library Construction Fund" of 300,000 yuan was established, and 7 town libraries, 2,654.38+0 village libraries and 5 librarians were commended three times, with a total of 56,800 yuan. Tianjin Municipal Bureau of Culture held on-the-spot meetings in Tianmu and Yixingbu towns of Beichen District, and went deep into "agriculture, countryside and farmers" in Beichen District twice, delivering books worth 25,000 yuan to the libraries (rooms) of three towns 1 village. In the evaluation of township libraries by Tianjin Municipal Bureau of Culture, six libraries were rated as first, second and third class libraries respectively. There are only three first-class pavilions in Tianjin, including two seats in Beichen District.
