Xinhua Bookstore can borrow books. The public can borrow books through the bookstore's Tao Tao platform-Tao Tao WeChat official account, Tao Tao PC website and Tao Tao APP. Yuetao.com users can apply for the online reading card of Chongqing Library online in Yuetao.com "Personal Center" with their personal ID cards. There are three kinds of reading cards: A, B and C. The deposit of A card is 100 yuan, and two books can be borrowed. B card deposit 200 yuan, you can borrow 3 books; C Voucher deposit in 500 yuan, you can borrow 5 books. The scope of online borrowing books is limited to borrowing books above 16 and below 64, but it does not include foreign original books, books from Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao and books published in languages other than Chinese.

In principle, all books sold outside bookstores can participate in borrowing. However, there are three exceptions. First, the price of a single volume is higher than that of 300 yuan.
