The specific provisions are as follows: 1. Workers within five years from the retirement age stipulated by the policy may apply for early retirement once a year with the approval of the unit. Increase the third-level skill salary as the base for calculating the retirement fee. From the date of promulgation of this regulation to the end of 1994, employees who retire early, who are less than one and a half years old, can be counted as one year, and those who retire early after 1995 are not counted. 2, from the retirement age of more than five years (not more than ten years) of workers in addition to the main types of work, can also be handled in accordance with the provisions of article 1.
