1. If you want to modify the text of the scanned document, you need to download the relevant OCR text recognition tool through Baidu search and use this tool to recognize the text of the picture.

2. As shown in the figure, install and run the corresponding OCR character recognition software, click the "Read" button, and select the corresponding picture or scanned document from the opened window.

3. After the corresponding scanned document is successfully opened, the OCR text recognition tool will automatically recognize the picture. Here, you can click the Page Analysis button to generate a text recognition area.

4. After the character recognition areas are generated, some of them can be deleted or changed, and the recognition areas can also be modified with the mouse.

5. When all relevant text recognition areas are determined, you can directly click the "Page Recognition" button to recognize the relevant text areas.

6. We can directly modify the identified text content, and at the same time, we can use the "Save as Word" button to convert the picture into a Word document.
