What is the CIP mark?
CIP is the book in publication cataloging, which is the abbreviation of English in publication cataloging. It is a compilation of bibliographic data in the publishing process. It should be based on relevant national standards, namely General Book Description Rules (GB/T 3792.2- 1985) and Document Description and Indexing Rules (GB/T 3860- 1995). CIP data refers to the bibliographic data compiled for books according to certain standards in the publishing process, which is generated by cataloging books in edition and printed on the back of the main title page of books or above the copyright page.
