Article 12 Members' Congress and its responsibilities
1. The members' congress is held every five years. Article 14 The Council and its responsibilities

3. The addition or removal of the executive director shall be decided by the board of directors, and the executive director by-election shall be produced among the directors.
Article 16 The Standing Council
1. When the Council is not in session, the Standing Council shall perform the duties of the Council.

Article 17 President and Vice President
The association has one chairman and several vice-chairmen. The president and vice president are elected by the Council through democratic consultation.

Under the leadership of the Standing Council and the President, the full-time Vice President assists the President in presiding over the overall work of the Institute.
Article 19 The Association shall have one Secretary-General and several Deputy Secretaries-General. The Secretary-General is nominated by the Chairman and approved by the Council. Under the leadership of the Standing Council, the Secretary-General assists the President and the Vice-President to preside over the daily work.
Article 20 The term of office of directors, executive directors, vice-presidents and presidents shall be until the establishment of the next general meeting of members. According to the needs of work, the president, vice-president and secretary-general can be re-elected, but generally not more than two terms, and the directors generally not more than three terms. If the president, vice-president and secretary-general need to be elected due to the work affiliation, they should leave their posts accordingly after their work changes. Domestic and foreign medical and health enterprises and institutions that actively support and sponsor the work of this Association may be employed as honorary directors of this Association.
The above honorary presidents, honorary consultants, honorary directors and honorary directors have been reviewed and approved by the Standing Council of the Association, and their terms of office will end at the next member congress.
Article 23 The Council may set up several working committees to undertake the tasks entrusted by the Council.
