Reading experience in preschool education
After reading a famous book carefully, there must be a lot to share. At this time, how can the most critical reading experience fall behind! So what should I write about my reading experience? The following is my reading experience (7 selected articles) on early childhood education, which will be arranged for you. Welcome everyone to refer to it, I hope it will help you.

Experience of reading "Early Childhood Education" 1 I spent the whole morning reading "Children's fault is adults' fault" carefully, and deeply realized that parents also need to learn and grow. In this book, I really learned a lot of parenting knowledge that I didn't know or ignored before.

Let's watch the first part: infinite treasure house. Every child's mind is like an infinite treasure house, waiting for parents to inspire and explore. The characteristics mentioned in the first part are what every child should have and what all parents should give their children. The author mentioned that children's abilities may be easily overlooked by their parents, but their influence on children is far-reaching, and every parent should learn from them. For example, imagination gives children super powers, and imaginative games are the best training methods for imagination. After reading this part, I will cultivate my daughter's imagination more purposefully.

I deeply feel the infinite power of nature. I always believe that nature is the source of physical and mental happiness, and it can bring us a lot of happiness and joy. Although the garden in the community is also good, my husband and I will take our daughter out to play whenever we have time, so that our daughter can fully embrace nature. Speaking of avatar, I'm still a little strange. After reading this book, I understand the magical power of children. I always hope that we can find and appreciate them. Don't just send children to develop, learn their potential. Parents themselves need to develop, study and grow together with their children. This will also make their children more and more successful in their later lives!

Read the second part again: the crisis is the turning point. When children's personality, emotions, behaviors and interpersonal relationships have problems, the author reminds parents not to worry and panic, but to be calm. Crisis is a turning point, and the process of coping with crisis is the best learning process. In fact, many children's problems are mostly due to parents' problems. For example, lack of patience can make children hyperactive. Parents should think a lot about whether they are not patient enough. Sometimes I do. If my daughter is naughty, I get excited easily and soon lose patience. I must overcome my shortcomings in the future. When it comes to insecure children, they are most likely to get autism. There is a little boy in the community. He has autism. Although I didn't talk to his parents about whether they were safe adults or not, I just encouraged my daughter to communicate with him when I saw the little boy coming out.

The children's fault is the adults' fault is really a good book, which has benefited me a lot. I hope to have a chance to hold it up again and read it deeply!

I have read many books about family education. Personally, I think "standing at the height of a child" is a great inspiration and help to my unqualified mother. After reading teacher Liu Weijuan's book "Standing at the Height of Children", I realized that there are new ways of family education besides traditional ones. Let me learn new parenting experience and gain new knowledge.

Teacher Liu Weijuan's book is based on his little granddaughter Xiao What, combined with western educational methods. Integrate the understanding of education into life, find out the strengths of children and play with them. Let children explore and discover things and things around them through play. In this way, children can improve their abilities in all aspects, discover the little things in life, and increase their experience and judgment in all aspects of things.

The book Standing at the Height of Children tells me how to educate children and how to let them have their own space with real events in life. Tell me how to pass on my love to my child and let him feel my love. At the same time, I learned how to communicate with my child, how to say that he will listen to you and let him understand what you mean. It taught me how to calm my child when he is in a bad mood and let him untie the knot skillfully. It also made me understand how important it is to play with children.

I'm busy at work now, and I'm under great pressure. I don't have much time to spend with my children. But I think we should spend more time with our children. Cultivate children's character from play, and develop their thinking ability, hands-on ability and brain ability. Let him judge for himself who is right and who is wrong. What do you need, what do you want to do. Parents are the best teachers for children to develop their living habits. Playing a game with children or going out for a family trip are all helpful and edifying to children. Because it is great, encouragement is the greatest help for children.

Experience of reading in early childhood education 3. To read a book, you must first know the author. And the author of this book is also the reason why I chose to read this book. I want to know the origin of kindergarten. Froebel is called "the father of kindergarten", so I took the book People's Education from the library shelf.

Froebel was a famous German educational theorist and practitioner in the first half of19th century, and one of the advocates of new education in19th century. This is the preface of the book, which really shows the author's position. His educational theory is mainly based on German classical philosophy and early evolutionism, and Pestalozzi's educational thought is the main source of his educational thought. Human Education is his masterpiece of education, which reflects his basic views on philosophy and pedagogy. In this book, he said, "Come on, live for our children!" " "From this sentence, we can easily see his love for children and his love for children's education. I think it is precisely because of his deep love for children that he can think of the importance of preschool education, take the lead in bringing preschool education into the education system, and firmly walk on the road of children's education, despite many thorns. Our students majoring in preschool education will all be kindergarten teachers in the future. Although this book is all theoretical knowledge, and it is too abstruse and abstract, I get more hope that my heart can be as caring as the author and I can try my best for every child. Only when you love will you care. With love for children, there is a chance to become a qualified kindergarten teacher.

People's education is mainly based on Froebel's practice in Kayho school, and focuses on his thoughts on children's development and education. This knowledge is very abstract, profound and complex. I can only say a little what I feel.

Froebel talked about three aspects of the principle of comparison.

1, everything has an eternal law, which is based on an omnipotent, rich and eternal unity, that is, God.

This sentence appears many times in the book. Froebel said that this eternal law exists, acts on and dominates all affairs. And his basic unity is God. And education is to let students get the epiphany that everything is rooted in, exists in and lives in God, so that students can handle life and carry out activities according to this epiphany one day. He always bases his educational theory on idealistic philosophy, and I agree that materialism is the era of truth. So I think this is the defect of Froebel, which also leads to some limitations in his thought, with a strong mysterious religious color. The book Human Education mentions God many times. Indeed, I agree that God is a good' God'. He teaches people to have good character. Actually, all religions (not cults) have the purpose of educating people. Their teaching will conform to social morality and regulate people's behavior. I believe that the essence of religion is also education. Therefore, once you hear who believes in what religion, you will habitually think of what this person is like. From this perspective, Floppel is only the embodiment of essence, and there is nothing wrong with it. Even limited by idealism, his position in the field of preschool education is unshakable.

2. Education should conform to nature.

A baby is an independent individual since it grows up in its mother's belly. People know how to provide a suitable environment for young animals and plants, avoid disturbing them with violence, and let them develop perfectly and healthily according to their own internal laws. However, when dealing with your own children, you often can't do this. Most parents always impose their will on their children. They want their children to develop according to their own wishes. This kind of behavior, I want to call it control desire, and it is caused by parents' dissatisfaction with their own lives, or regrets in life. I hope the next generation will make up for it and complete it. When they do this, they completely ignore the children's thoughts. What they want is not given by their parents. Teaching begins with children's spontaneous activities and instinctive interests, and ends with children's creative use of knowledge through teaching. Froebel said that children have four instincts: the instinct of activity, the instinct of cognition, the instinct of art and the instinct of religion. Education should follow the instinct of activity, that is, arouse the enthusiasm, creativity and automaticity of children. This sentence is of great value to our education. I think that our education, whether parents or teachers, is not to control or force children, but to guide and respect them. Follow your child's intuition and guide your child's interest. The most important thing is to teach them how to behave, not to do things.

There is also the guidance of nature, so education is definitely not repressive, stuffing things into children's heads. 1839, Floppel established a children's game organization and a children's "game and activity organization". Before that, he also designed a set of game materials that meet the requirements of teaching theory, called "kindness", which I think is a gift from God. I agree with him that a happy period of childhood should be full of all kinds of happiness and games. What preschool teachers should do is to make children feel happy in play and learn the most basic knowledge.

3. Man is a continuous progress, developing from one stage to another.

Children are not static or fixed. His growth and development is also a whole from one stage to another. In this whole, the inevitable childhood is the foundation. With a solid foundation, development can be positive, rapid and stable. Froebel divides children's development into three periods, the first childhood, the second adolescence and the third student period. Adolescence is a period of school education, mainly to impart knowledge to teenagers, cultivate their will and form their good moral quality. Froebel attaches great importance to childhood, which is the period that has the greatest influence on people's life. All kinds of people are developing. I want my child to form good habits at the youngest age, which will accompany him all his life.

Froebel attaches great importance to preschool education. Compared with previous educators, his achievement lies in his careful study of preschool education theory, system and kindergarten teaching methods. He once established a complete theoretical system of children's education. Froebel was born in a small village in Thuringia, central Germany. He lost his mother when he was one year old. Later, his father remarried. Due to the neglect of his stepmother and father, his childhood was full of misfortunes, and his young mind was burdened with the heaviness and depression that he should not bear when he was ignorant. Later, he became a trainee ranger, land surveyor, farm secretary and so on. This made him have great love and interest in nature, and also made him have a strong thirst for knowledge such as botany. Perhaps it is because of his childhood experience that he cares so much about children and attaches so much importance to preschool education. I have to say that this is a very far-sighted thing. Preschool education has been developing since he started, and people will pay more and more attention to it.

Froebel is a supporter and follower of the educational theory advocated by the famous educator Pestalozzi. Of course, he also supports Pestalozzi's view that mothers and families play an important role in children's education. Therefore, as written in People's Education, the foundation of all education lies in the family. The necessity of cultivating a smart and capable mother is paramount. In his view, the importance of early childhood education is above all else.

Although the book People's Education is difficult to understand, in my opinion, these three sentences in the last paragraph very incisively express the essence of children's education. Nowadays, people pay more and more attention to preschool education, but most people still disagree. This can't help but make me sigh that Froebel actually saw the importance of preschool education so many years ago. As the saying goes, you are old at the age of three. A person's development achievements may not be obvious, but she followed people's character and character all her life and was cultivated when she was young. If you don't let your child decide anything, you will find that he has no opinion at all when he grows up. If you don't let your child do anything by himself, he still knows nothing when he grows up. I think we all want our children to have a positive and optimistic attitude, independent ability, independent thinking and their own ideas. And these are all to be cultivated from an early age.

The foundation of all education lies in the family. We all know that the environment is very important to a person's development, and people are most easily shaped by the influence of the environment when they are young. Therefore, family is the first environment for children to learn, and it is also the most important and influential environment. Isn't that why Meng Mu moved three times in ancient times? There is a phenomenon in modern society, that is, children left behind. Parents go out to work to earn money and leave their children to their grandparents for care, which is a serious lack of warmth and words and deeds. Some parents are too busy making money to care about their children even at home. Material things are not so important to children. All they want is their parents. Therefore, family is very important.

The necessity of cultivating a smart and capable mother is paramount. For this sentence, I want to say that it is undeniable that the mother is very important, but it is also undeniable that the father is equally important. A family without a mother or father is incomplete. Therefore, if we do not attach importance to family education, school education will lack a correct and indispensable foundation. Only by combining school education with family education can children be educated well.

I think "human education" means that school education is an extension of family education, not a substitute.

My friend recommended the book Every Child Can Be Successful to me. Recently, with the development of school reading activities, I read it carefully from beginning to end, and I was deeply touched after reading it.

The author of this book is Thomas Armstrong, a famous American expert on learning. He studied deeply for 20xx years and wrote a classic educational monograph. His research results show that there are actually no so-called children born with learning disabilities. Most of them are also the result of the world looking at them with colored glasses. Under the present situation of school education, a large number of "learning disabled people" are being created almost every day, but we in China have labeled them as "poor students". With this label, they trudged through their study and life and never got out of the shadow of failure. In this way, our teacher became a sinner through the ages.

The book tells how excited a lively and studious six-year-old girl was when she first entered school. She is used to painting, swimming, playing with sand, singing and dancing with friends by the pool. On such a memorable day as the first day of school, she was full of expectations. She is looking forward to playing around, learning new things and communicating freely with other partners. However, this is not the case. She found herself living in a world where she had to sit in her seat for a long time. She had to analyze the teacher's lengthy and complicated explanations, and her eyes had to stare at the tiny and curved numbers and letters in the book without blinking. When she showed disappointment and confusion in front of the teacher, the teacher suggested that she go to an expert for examination. As a result, she received a series of in-depth examinations such as picking, stringing and stabbing, and was considered to be an out-and-out "dementia student". In fact, in our real life in China, there are not many foreign children as described in the book Every Child Can Be Successful.

Li Shengzhen, a local educator who was praised as "the master of saving the poor" by the education circles in China, made a surprising remark when talking about her educational experience: there are no children in the world who are unwilling to study hard, and poor academic performance is only the result of improper education. Facts have also proved this point. Her successful education has changed the lives of these so-called "poor students" There used to be such a girl next to this teacher. She was regarded as a "stupid child" and a "crazy child" by her teachers since she was a child. She was a hopeless student in Woodenhead and was sent to a mental hospital by mistake. The piano teacher ruthlessly eliminated her, and the school teacher treated her as a fool and refused to let her participate in the group competition, fearing that she would lose points for the class, and the teacher did not allow her to participate in the class chorus. There are often indifferent eyes behind him, and sarcastic words from teachers and classmates often ring in his ears. Almost everyone abandoned her, and her heart fell into endless darkness. She committed suicide by cutting her wrist many times, and her hands were covered with scars scratched by her own blade. Such a child who is doomed to fail in the eyes of his parents can be admitted to a key university in Beijing under the care and education of this excellent teacher, and has published many works in famous newspapers and periodicals. What power makes such a child on the verge of collapse become so excellent? What magic did the teacher use to save the child? Is self-confidence, cultivate self-confidence.

Seeing this, I really feel a little guilty. Although I have never discriminated against students with poor grades and poor discipline and paid more attention to them, I didn't let Yu participate in the competition in several activities in order not to affect the class. I didn't expect this to bring such great harm to the children. Yesterday, I heard Yu's mother say that Yu asked his mother to buy some small gifts. He wanted to give them to his classmates so that they could treat him better. Hearing this, my heart was shocked. How poor children need the warmth of big families. It seems that for these children, the teacher's love is far from enough. They need the help of their classmates, so that they can feel happy and build up their self-confidence.

Our teacher's responsibility should be to encourage each student to set his own goals, instead of narrowly pursuing surpassing others, so as to enhance his reputation and make examinations and study the way for each student to improve himself, instead of individual students with strong abilities competing for awards. We should make every student have a sense of accomplishment, establish the belief of winning, imagine himself as a successful person, show his strength and self-confidence and move towards success step by step.

Reading Experience in Early Childhood Education 5 Books, as carriers of life, have become necessities for our survival, development and progress. Recommended by the members of the professional development guidance group of preschool teachers in our city, I was lucky enough to read the book "A Key for Kindergarten Teachers". This book is rich in content and is a door to preschool education. The problems, cases and analysis in this book are all examples from teacher education, which really help our preschool teachers dispel their doubts about education and guide us to solve practical problems.

The Key of Preschool Teachers is a collection of strategies for preschool teachers' educational practice. The content includes three parts: teachers and children, teachers and parents, and teachers and communities. With 52 representative questions, this paper shows the basic educational skills that preschool teachers need at present. Each question has five links: experience sharing, cases, analysis and tips, educational strategies, and resource base. These links can guide us to gradually participate in educational thinking and research under self-experience; The content and form of each theme are worthy of our study and research; From the reading process of concrete and easy-to-understand cases, analysis, educational strategies and new information, we can gradually understand new educational viewpoints and learn new educational skills. So we can know how to use the surrounding natural and cultural resources to improve children's educational environment and promote parents and communities to participate in early education. It helps us to understand the relevance between educational theory and daily life and teaching activities in practice, and builds a bridge between new educational ideas and behaviors.

There are many cases in this book, which we often encounter in our daily teaching work. When we look at it, we will make a lot of noise. Every situation has corresponding educational strategies, which can help us to solve problems when we encounter corresponding things, such as what we think and do when we encounter these situations, and what educational ideas and strategies the author has conveyed to us, which always gives people a feeling of being suddenly enlightened.

For example, "Touched Smile" tells a case of Liu's Chinese teaching activities. This kind of activity case is very common, many teachers will encounter it, but it impressed me deeply. The activity tells the story of a language activity "Smile" given by Teacher Liu. At the beginning of the activity, Mr. Liu gave the children a relaxed and free conversation atmosphere and topics suitable for their life experience with a smiling expression, which promoted their desire for communication and inspired their enthusiasm for expression. For the children's different expressions, Mr. Liu can smile and recognize the return, and seize the opportunity of education to inspire Zhang Saiyue who doesn't like to talk in time, so that the children feel very happy. After the case description, there is an "analysis and prompt" in the book, which is an analysis of this case and analyzes the reasons for the child's behavior in combination with the child's age characteristics.

The next content is "educational strategy", that is, what our teachers can do and what educational strategies can be adopted to help children change this situation. Very specific. This case of "moving smile" is the "educational strategy" given in the book.

1. Create a language environment for children to express themselves freely and say what they want to say.

2. Enrich children's life experience and consciously expand the content of children's language communication.

3. Create opportunities for individual communication and guide children to learn to talk with others on an equal footing.

4. Cultivate children's language expression ability with literary works.

5. Encourage children to cooperate and exchange activities.

6. Guide children to have something to say through design and questioning.

7. Take the initiative to talk to children who don't like to talk (the specific content is on page P45 of the book).

Most children in my class just dare not speak boldly in front of the group, and I have helped them a little in many ways. Through this case, analysis and tips, as well as educational strategies, give me a great hint, let me be inspired and know how to make children love to talk.

"A Key for Kindergarten Teachers" attracted me to a large number of educational cases written by front-line teachers around us, as well as very targeted and operational strategic guidance to help us solve problems. At present, our teachers often don't know how to turn advanced theories into their own educational practice. They are often familiar with the theory of the outline, but they just don't know how to operate it. The book A Key for Kindergarten Teachers opened a door for me and became a key for me to learn new skills. There are many other cases in it, which are very useful after reading. So I suggest that young teachers can read this book, which will become a ladder for our own professional growth and make us more confident and relaxed on the professional road.

I read a story in a book: "A group of Americans explored the American jungle and hired Indians as guides. The Indians were very diligent three days ago, but they refused to leave on the fourth day and asked for a rest. Americans ask why? The Indian said, "People have to walk for three days. If they walk too fast, their souls will not catch up with their bodies. So, stop for a day and wait for your soul. "

I think what Indians say is very philosophical. If they walk fast, they have no time to experience the scenery along the way and forget their original thoughts and intentions.

This year, we need to do a lot to create a provincial model kindergarten. We are very busy every day, creating, sorting out files, organizing story competitions in class, raising the national flag, young reporters, parents' open days, children's development evaluation, New Year's Eve parties, provincial-level projects, and integrating percussion into daily life. I am deeply touched by the recent creation of the environment, but I feel very tired. Like a headless fly, I can't find my way in the forest. I just want to "stop and wait for my soul quietly!" " "

So I began to reflect on myself, why can't I find my soul? I thought about several points:

First, cultivate your reading habits. Read books for half an hour every night, absorb some new experiences and constantly update their educational concepts.

Second, be good at collecting information. Be good at consulting, consult on computers and books for things you don't understand, enrich your mind and spread your thinking.

Third, communication. Be good at communication, communicate with old teachers and discuss with colleagues.

This is my reflection. I hope I can be a reflective and thoughtful person.

Experience of reading "Early Childhood Education" 7 I read "Achieving Children's Life with Respect" in the summer vacation, and I felt a lot in my heart. Fundamentally speaking, despite the cultural differences between the East and the West, despite the ethnic differences between the East and the West, the concept of parenting is actually the same. This book provides us with good guidance and help from the level of concept and concrete operation. Let us realize the fun of growing up with children. The harvest of reading is what you forget about the content after reading and what settles in your mind. No book can fully teach us what to do and how to do it. The key is to master its essence. In this way, we can keep a clear head and adopt scientific methods when we encounter any problems and puzzles. All difficulties can be solved as long as we work hard.

Now many parents in China attach great importance to their children's education. From birth to school, they all want everything to be excellent, but why does it always backfire? Pay so much, how can there be no result? Is it because of the baby? No, the key is parents. The utilitarian heart is too strong, and the desire is beautiful, but it is not what the child wants. If you don't understand your child, how can you make him listen to you? In fact, the key is not to find skills. This book establishes effective communication with children by guiding you to understand their feelings. This book takes some common scenes with children in life as cases, and uses correct and wrong communication methods for comparative training through cartoons and words to inspire readers to master communication skills that children can easily accept. I used to read this book with my children. When every right and wrong case is represented by four cartoons, the left page is negative teaching material and the right page is positive teaching material. Then I asked him, "Do you like the mother (father) on the left or the mother (father) on the right?" Without exception, children always choose the communication method recommended by the book on the right. In the process of reading, I feel that the negative materials in the book are like a mirror. I seem to see my own shadow from it, and I can't help but reflect on myself. ...

This book makes people feel immersive, and it is my long-cherished mentor. At the end of the book, we communicate with our children in an appropriate way, so that children can learn how to communicate with others, and when they grow up, they can get along well with their classmates and friends in an appropriate way, and even handle their relationship with their children well. When I closed the book, the methods in the book and the author's feelings were vivid. If I get a baby, I will put it by the bed and always remind me to communicate with my children in a wise way. Learn to be friends with children and learn how to be parents.
