There are six departments in the museum: circulation department, newspaper department, editing department, reading department, automation department and office, 8 service windows and 342 reading seats. The municipal government allocates 700,000 yuan to our library every year, with nearly 30,000 books and more than 0.000 kinds of newspapers and periodicals. There are 620,000 comprehensive documents in the library, which is the document information exchange center of Fuzhou Public Library.

With the aim of "readers first, service first", our library has developed a series of services with its own characteristics. Such as book reservation, telephone renewal, information retrieval, book delivery, interlibrary loan, book publicity and consultation, as well as military-civilian co-construction, community building, cultural going to the countryside, book review contest, knowledge lecture, special book exhibition, patriotic photo exhibition and other activities. At the same time, it provides a learning garden for laid-off workers to re-employment in the museum. The library has also established 33 book branches or * * * circulation points in Shanghai, Wangzhuang Street, Jincheng, Ninghua, Yangtoukou and other communities, Lingtou Township, provincial and municipal disabled persons' federations, women's reeducation-through-labor camps and the army, and regularly visits and replaces books to meet the needs of all kinds of readers for knowledge and information to the maximum extent.
