In which dynasty was Shunping Ancient Eight Scenes South Pagoda built?
Ming dynasty. According to the data of 360 personal libraries, Shunping South Building is located in Shunping Hutong, Beijing, which was built in the 23rd year of Jiajing in Ming Dynasty (1544). The south building was originally built for sightseeing and belongs to a pavilion-like building with an imitation of Shu structure. During the Wanli period of the Ming Dynasty, Shunping South Gate was merged into the inner city of Beijing, and the South Tower became a part of the city wall.
