The library of Tianjin Cultural Center opens at 9: 00. It's open on Monday. Borrowing books is free, but you have to pay a corresponding deposit to get a reader's card. To borrow books, you need to apply for a reader's card, hold my second-generation ID card or other valid documents (social security card, driver's license, military officer's card, Hong Kong and Macao pass, Taiwan compatriots' home visit card, foreign passport), fill in personal information and pay the corresponding deposit free of charge.
