What are the types of vocational preparation?

1, full funding for career establishment. Also known as full financial allocation, most of them are public welfare institutions, such as libraries, cultural centers, museums, schools and so on. Full-paid institutions are the best and most stable institutions. For example, the CSRC and the CBRC are all treated according to the standards of civil servants, and they may become civil servants in the future.

2. Balanced distribution of career establishment. The balance distribution is carried out by the finance, and the treatment and income are linked to a certain extent, such as hospitals and some scenic spots. There are many different institutions, including newspapers, radio stations, schools, post offices, hospitals, municipal departments and so on. Because these departments have limited income-generating capacity and must be subsidized by the government;

3, self-supporting career establishment. In fact, it is similar to an enterprise, and the treatment is closely related to the operating conditions. Most of them are service-oriented institutions, such as design institutes. Self-supporting institutions, to put it bluntly, are preparing for becoming shares or state-owned enterprises in the future.
