What's the job like as a librarian? Is it difficult?
Generally speaking, librarians mainly look at cities, and the better the urban economy, the higher the treatment.

1. Because the library environment is relatively simple and single, the pressure on librarians is not great. The library takes the route of professional title, including junior, middle, sub-high and positive high. I have to go through years and papers along the way, and passing the title does not mean that I can enjoy this treatment. Only when the library hires you for this position can you enjoy the treatment.

2. If it is a large library, more staff means more complicated personnel relations. There are more aunts and uncles who are particularly idle. They are willing to pay attention to everything. For example, they happily get together to discuss who will give a red envelope for Chinese New Year, 0 yuan, who is divorced and who has hooked up with the leader.

The library is not what you think you can read casually. At least, my library requires working hours, so I can't read books, newspapers or play mobile phones. Leaders will use surveillance cameras to supervise, but because you are a library employee, you can generally get a reader's card in the library, and you will borrow more books at one time than ordinary readers, and there will be no overdue fine, and you can read some new books first.

4. During the working hours of the library, it is generally closed for one day from Monday to Friday and open at 9:00-2 1:00 every day. Second-line office employees usually keep in line with government departments and go to work from 8:30- 17:00 from Monday to Friday; Front-line employees have to take shifts. For example, the library is closed on Tuesday, and the front-line staff have a unified rest on Tuesday.

If you are lucky, you can choose to rest on Saturday or Sunday, or you can choose to rest on Wednesday. If you are unlucky, you can only rest on Tuesdays and Thursdays in minutes. Golden week and other holidays, the library holidays do not rest. At most, on the first day of New Year's Day, the door will be closed at 4 pm in advance. Second-line employees can have a holiday according to national regulations, and front-line employees must take turns to go to work, such as the hard Spring Festival.
