Responsibilities of the Library Planning Department: Responsible for planning the topics in the commercial and financial directions of this product line, investigating similar books in the book market, accurately grasping the planning direction, and having a clear idea of book positioning.

Responsible for planning the topic selection of product line, signing the appropriate copyright of topic selection, developing the topic selection of this edition and maintaining the authors in related professional fields, developing and maintaining the resources of translators, external staff and related experts, and completing the formulation of marketing plan with the marketing team.

Responsible for promoting the publishing process of the whole book project, communicating closely with the author and translator to ensure that the manuscript is completed on time, coordinating the promotion and supervision of the editing process from editing to publishing, communicating with American editors, completing the book binding design, and communicating with the production department to ensure that the book is published on time.

Qualifications: Economics, management and other related majors. Master degree or above, at least 3 years experience in planning and editing, like reading, love the publishing industry, pay attention to the book market, have strong market awareness, and have excellent cognitive and planning skills for books.

With extensive knowledge, strong creative planning ability, good content research ability, English reading ability and solid copy presentation ability, I can independently organize, plan and implement book publishing projects and master the whole publishing process.

Good interpersonal communication skills, strong sense of responsibility, good at coordinating all aspects of relationships and contradictions, full of team spirit, able to withstand certain pressures and challenges, strong learning ability, willing to accept new things, more than one year experience in editing imported books for business is preferred.
