(1) Faculty and staff: All faculty and staff in our school can apply to the library for a library card with the certificate from the personnel department.

(2) Students: After freshmen enter school every year, they will be handled by the class in a unified way.

(3) Off-campus readers: Off-campus readers must apply for a library card with a letter of introduction from the unit and their valid certificates.
