Shenzhen Foreign Language School was founded in 1990. It is a public school initiated by the Shenzhen Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, undertaken by Guangming District, and fully managed by the core management team from Shenzhen. Zhiyuan High School is a boarding public high school park directly under the municipal government, which is approved by Shenzhen Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, undertaken by Guangming District and fully managed by Shenzhen Foreign Languages School (Group).

There are 35 classes in Zhiyuan High School in Fengxian District, Shanghai, with 1650 students. It is one of the two experimental demonstration high schools in this area. The school has 20 full-time teachers/kloc-0, including 28 senior teachers and 78 first-class teachers. The ratio of senior teachers to teachers is 88%, and there are 24 urban backbone teachers, forming a good subject combination group.
