Books and periodicals reading service time exceeds 70 hours per week. It has a variety of modern service means, providing various services such as borrowing, reading, reference consultation, document retrieval, reader education, interlibrary loan, document reproduction and so on. Be able to carry out sci-tech novelty retrieval and provide basis for scientific research projects. Strengthen the reading guidance and recommendation of books and periodicals through various forms of publicity. By offering the course of Library and Information Retrieval for freshmen, conducting electronic document retrieval training regularly and irregularly, offering public elective courses, and carrying out information literacy education, readers' information awareness and ability to obtain and use document information are cultivated. Give full play to the educational function of the library, actively participate in the school's education and teaching activities with an open attitude in view of the tasks of colleges and universities and the characteristics of readers, and make the library an important base for talent training in colleges and universities and a second classroom for college students. Various types of large-scale reading activities have been carried out for 18 years. The activities are diverse in form and rich in content, which have great influence both inside and outside the college.
