"Quhai Catalogue Summary" recorded nearly 700 kinds of operas during the Qianlong period from Yuan Dynasty to Qing Dynasty, described their plots and compiled a large number of textual research materials. Many of the works described in it have been lost or rare in the world, and people can only glance at them today. Therefore, the Summary of Quhai Catalogue provides rich and precious materials for modern people to study ancient operas and becomes an important reference book for easy retrieval. However, although the title of the book is Quhai Mu Zong, the repertoire collected is far from complete and there are many omissions. Abstract part, neglect of textual research, title and author of the play, or Zhang Guan and Dai Li, or subjective misunderstanding; Some story introductions are far from the original, so they need to be tested when applied.
