What are you most proud of?
I always know what I want. The proudest thing in my life is that I cured my asthma through fitness.

High school is divided into arts and sciences. Under the pressure of parents and relatives about exam difficulty and employment, they give up science with good grades but don't like it very much and choose arts. University majors submit laws under the pressure of parents' difficulties in exams and finding jobs.

After graduation, under the pressure of difficult exams and great competition, I applied for my favorite position. Every major choice is always filled with opposition. Although what you choose is not necessarily the best, you always like it.

I inherited asthma since I was a child. When I was a child, I swam. As a result, I couldn't breathe at night and was taken to the emergency room. Then I kept the suction bottle for relieving asthma with me, because I was weak and often caught a cold. I have a cold, and bronchial asthma will follow. ?

Let's leave it alone. Coincidentally, a gym was built next to my sophomore school. I got a card out of the desire to lose weight and exercise muscles, and then I started running and read some fitness knowledge every day. Perhaps I was afraid that I would waste it if I didn't get a card, so I became the one who went to the gym the most among our classmates. Actually, I don't like sports. I like playing games and watching TV since I was a child.

But it is possible to lose weight, gain muscle and even improve the heart and lungs. I have been working out. And more and more professional. Running controls heart rate, duration, variable speed rope skipping, HIIT and so on. ? Then with more and more benefits of fitness, I can't give up this hobby more and more.

My fitness is not utilitarian. I don't want to lose many pounds or gain many muscles. The feeling of being hearty, happy and full after fitness is what I have been pursuing. Then I actually started as a sophomore, and now it's four years. Not only have I never had asthma, but my health is much better. ?

Although the original purpose was not to cure diseases, when doctors identified diseases that were basically incurable, I did it through fitness, which was my proudest thing. I think this is also the biggest surprise that self-discipline brings me.
