The main campus library is located in the central area of the campus, surrounded by mountains and seas. It is magnificent and complements the surrounding buildings and sculptures, forming a harmonious landscape with unified Chinese and Western styles and harmonious nature and humanity.

The museum has a total construction area of 25,604 square meters, of which the main campus is 20,087 square meters. The main campus has 18 functional areas such as literature borrowing, literature reading, electronic reading, special reading and leisure reading, all of which are in a large studio structure of 640 square meters and have more than 3,000 reading seats. The high-speed LAN uses 1000M optical fiber to connect the computer room of the school network center, and there are more than 600 network ports in three campuses. It has systems such as CD-ROM resource management, book purchase duplicate checking, book recommendation and purchase, and electronic reading room management. Using the management software of Shenzhen University Library, a series of networked computer management such as purchasing, cataloging, circulation, periodical management and collection retrieval have been realized.
