The first two of the above six factors are the main motivation for you to take action. When a person's work matches his two motivating factors, his potential can be fully exerted and a virtuous circle of his career can be formed.

A sense of accomplishment: Can you do one thing well? Can you do better than others?

Sense of belonging: How do you get along with colleagues and leaders? How about team cohesion?

Sense of autonomy: can you have a certain sense of autonomy within the scope of work? For example, can you choose to play your own advantages?

Everyone's life is their own. The more you go up, the fewer people will feel lonely, the less understood, and it is normal to feel different, because you are more special than them, and few people walk on the road, so you may find different scenery!

But we should pay attention to ourselves, such as recording the happiest moment of the day, a small progress in life, especially when you do something that makes you feel great. Be sure to record it and freeze this moment. Many a mickle makes a mickle, which will be the source of strength in your exploration journey! This is also a trick that I remember most when I watched Qian Qian the Dog. Good habits and skills are interlinked.

5) Success = core algorithm × a large number of repetitive actions?

The truth of occupational crisis is that a person always stays in the stage of occupational adaptation, and has never successfully crossed the adaptation period and reached a higher level.
