American psychologist James Goodwin. 1968 received a bachelor's degree in literature from Holly Cross College, and 197 1 received a master's degree in experimental psychology and a doctorate in philosophy from Florida State University respectively. Since then, he has taught at Huilin Jesus University for more than 30 years and concurrently served as the head of the psychology department. Now he is an honorary professor of this university and a professor of psychology at Lena River University in Sikaro. His professional field is experimental psychology, and his research interests are spatial cognition, autobiographical memory, the history of experimental psychology and the history of laboratory instruments. His research work mainly focuses on human memory process, psychology history and psychology teaching. His book Psychological Research: Methods and Design has been published in five editions since 1995, which is an excellent textbook widely used. His History of Modern Psychology has been published in three editions since 1998, and it is also a very representative textbook.
