The Yellow River Institute of Science and Technology has four campuses: the south campus is located 500 meters south of the intersection of South Third Ring Road and Huazhai Road in Zhengzhou City. The North Campus is located at No.94 Hanghai Middle Road, Zhengzhou City, Henan Province. Jiyuan Campus, No.666 Jiyuan Avenue, Jiyuan City, Henan Province. The address of the new campus is Yuxing Street, zhongmou county, Zhengzhou.

Professor Hu Dabai, the founder and chairman of the school, is a famous contemporary educator in China, a representative of the Tenth National People's Congress, and an expert enjoying special government allowance from the State Council. He used to be the supervisor of China Private Education Association and the president of Henan Private Education Association, and now he is the honorary president. Professor Yang Xuemei, the president, is a doctoral supervisor, a postdoctoral fellow in Peking University, an expert enjoying special government allowance from the State Council and an outstanding expert in Henan Province.

The library always adheres to the purpose of reader first and service first, and the library of Huanghe Institute of Science and Technology will develop in a more modern and digital direction. The library has established a relatively perfect information service system, and implemented full-shelf lending for readers according to the trinity model of collection and lending. In addition to providing simple services such as document borrowing and copying, readers also make full use of network conditions to carry out multi-form, multi-channel and in-depth digital knowledge and information services.
