Case analysis of book works infringement
My views on the above issues are as follows:

1, c infringes the copyrights of Party A and Party B, sings songs without the permission of the copyright owner, and infringes the performance rights enjoyed by Party A and Party B;

2, 3, 4. If the websites of Party A and Party B know that users have infringed the copyrights of Party A and Party B through the Internet, or fail to take measures such as deleting the infringing content after receiving the warning with evidence from Party A and Party B, or fail to provide the information registered by Party D on the Internet as required by Party A and Party B, it will constitute infringement and bear different legal responsibilities as appropriate.

5. The following constitutes infringement. Party D copied and uploaded the works of Party A and Party B to the Internet without the consent of both parties, which violated the rights of both parties to copy their works and disseminate information on the Internet.
