The second copy: container consignment note (the shipping agent keeps the bottom)
Three parties: one of the freight notice (1) and the quadruple collects the freight from the exporter, and the other freight forwarder keeps the bottom for himself.

The fifth contact: the dock receipt (bill of lading) (S/O), also known as the customs clearance form or bill of lading, is valid with the seal of the shipping agent. After completing the customs clearance procedures, the customs clearance stamp shall be affixed to the bill of lading, and the ship shall receive the goods and load them, and keep the bottom after receiving them.
Fifth contact: application for payment of port charges for export goods
Sixth copy: First mate's copy (dock receipt copy), receipt, also called first mate's receipt. It was circulated with the receipt. After loading, the first mate signs the receipt according to the tally company's list, and the owner replaces it with the original bill of lading. If the tally result is not clean, the first mate will also make an unclean notation, and the original bill of lading will also make an unclean notation.
Seventh contact: dock receipt (D/R), which is kept by the freight forwarding company.
The eighth and ninth links: stowage receipt. The freight forwarder booked the shipping space, filled in the ship name and customs clearance number, and returned the shipping space allocation receipt to the export company.
Article 10: Application for payment of port charges for export goods. After the goods are loaded, port charges will be charged accordingly.

Ten-in-one cycle program:
(1) The shipper fills in the container consignment note, that is, the dock receipt, in ten copies, and entrusts the freight forwarder to handle the consignment formalities.
(2) The freight forwarder shall review the consignment note after receiving the order, and if it can accept the entrustment, return the consignor's copy (the first copy) to the consignor for future reference;
(3) The freight forwarder holds the remaining nine bills of lading to the shipping company or the agency of the shipping company to handle the loading procedures;
(4) After receiving the order, the shipping company or its agent examines the waybill, agrees to accept the consignment, stamps the fifth bill of lading, confirms the ordered goods, and adds the name of the ship, voyage and bill of lading number, leaving the second to fourth copies, and returns the remaining fifth to tenth copies to the freight forwarder;
(5) The freight forwarder shall keep the copy of the eighth freight forwarder and prepare the goods circulation form for future inquiry; Return the ninth and tenth shippers as stowage receipts;
(6) Freight forwarders. People prepare bills of lading and other transport documents according to the documents returned by shipping companies or their agents;
(7) The freight forwarder shall go through the customs formalities for goods export declaration with the fifth to seventh * * * triplets: the original loading list, the first mate's copy and the dock receipt, together with the export goods declaration form and other relevant export documents; (8) After examining the relevant customs declaration documents, the Customs agrees to export, affixes a release stamp on the copy of the dock receipt (1), that is, the loading list, and returns the copy to the forwarder;
(9) The freight forwarder sends the triplet to the container yard or container freight station, and receives the container or goods accordingly;
(10) If the container is packed in the port yard, the container yard will leave the loading list after the container is packed; If the container is packed at the freight station, after the container is loaded at the port, the port container yard will leave the loading list and the mate's receipt, and issue the dock receipt to the shipper or freight forwarder;
(1 1) After the container is loaded, the port station will keep the loading list for settlement of expenses and future inquiry, and the chief officer will hand it over to the tally department and send it to the chief officer for retention;
(12) The shipper or his freight agent shall go to the shipping company or its agent to change the bill of lading with the original dock receipt issued by the dock, and the shipping company or its agent shall recover the dock receipt and issue the bill of lading. Before the container is loaded, it can be changed into a bill of lading issued by the shipping agent, or it can be changed into a bill of lading issued by the shipping company or shipping agent after loading.
