2. Qualification examination
Candidates' qualification examination runs through the whole recruitment process. Pedagogy (Rizhao Normal School, Municipal Industrial School, and Municipal Agricultural School) consists of basic knowledge and educational theory (including professional knowledge), accounting for 40% and 60% of the whole examination results respectively. The written test uses a percentage system to calculate candidates' scores.

After the written test, according to the test scores of candidates, the number of people entering the interview will be determined from high score to low score according to the proportion of three times the number of planned recruits.
