In June 2007, the preliminary construction and design work of Foxconn project began, and construction started on February 22. In just over a year, we witnessed the construction of Foxconn Langfang project industrial base from a barren sandy land to a modern industrial production base. During this period, we have received great concern and support from leaders at all levels in provinces and cities, Anci District Committee and District Government and Development Zone Management Committee. The Foxconn project plan is divided into Phase I, Phase II and Phase III.
The first phase of Foxconn Langfang Park mainly produces mobile phone quasi-systems such as Nokia, Motorola, Samsung, Sony Ericsson and LG. The first phase of the project covers an area of 730,000 square meters (about 1.095 mu), with a total construction area of 1.32 million square meters and a plot ratio of 1.78. It is planned to build 20 workshops, 9 dormitories and 3 1 annex. At present, 65,438+05 factories, 6 dormitories and 25 ancillary buildings have started construction.
After the completion of the first phase of construction, Foxconn Precision Electronics (Langfang) Co., Ltd. will have the ability to participate in the whole process of front-end of key components of mobile phones, design and development, molding production, surface treatment, precision molds, design and manufacturing, large-scale fuselage circuit manufacturing, electronic component assembly and quasi-system production.
The first phase of the factory is divided into three areas, including
1:Area A-living area. The planning of dormitory area takes into account the traditional functions of factory dormitory, emphasizing cost saving and humanization.
The main body of Area A is 9 dormitories (2 units each), which can accommodate about 47 104 people at the same time (4 at the department level and 8 at the department level). The living area is equipped with Internet cafes, libraries, supermarkets, food, sports fields and squares, which makes the life of employees more convenient and comfortable. The living area is isolated from the factory and close to the factory, so it is more convenient for employees in the commercial street outside the factory to travel, shop and relax.
Area B-Area C-Production Area: Under the premise of meeting the requirements of production functions, IE function is used to quantitatively analyze the planning of production areas, so as to achieve the purpose of shortest process, lowest cost and optimal planning.
