Liquor is one of the traditional liquors in China. Its main components are sorghum, wheat, rice and other grains, as well as koji and water. Liquor is popular and loved in China because of its unique brewing technology and taste. Internationally, liquor has gradually attracted more and more attention and recognition.
Besides "white wine" and "China white wine", sometimes "China yellow wine" can also be used to represent white wine. It should be noted, however, that this word is not commonly used in China, because the brewing process and taste of liquor are quite different from traditional rice wine.
