Shizuishan Library is open from Tuesday to Sunday from 9: 00- 18: 00 (the appointment time is divided into 9: 00- 12: 00 and 12: 00- 17: 30), and it is closed all day on Monday. Shizuishan Library was founded in 1978 with a building area of12500m2. It was officially opened to readers free of charge on February 28, 20 12. The new library of Shizuishan City is located in the east of century avenue and the north of Changqing Street in Dawukou District of Shizuishan City (three libraries and one center).
