Article 1: Borrower

This convention applies to all classes.

Article 2: Term of loan?

(1) The borrowing period of ordinary books is two weeks, that is, 14 days.

(2) The borrowing period of special books shall be determined by the librarian according to the actual situation, generally not exceeding one month.

Article 3: The loan amount?

Each student can borrow up to five books at the same time.

Article 4: Loan process?

(1) Students need to bring their student ID cards to the office to apply for borrowing from teachers.

(2) Please carefully check the book name, category and quantity before borrowing, and report any problems to the teacher in time.

(3) When returning the book, please check whether the book is in good condition. If there is any damage or loss, please compensate according to the actual situation.

Article 5: Liability for breach of contract?

(1) Those who fail to repay the loan within the time limit will be disqualified from renewing the loan and pay a fine as required.

(2) If the books are damaged or lost due to negligence or intention, the corresponding expenses shall be compensated, and credit points shall be deducted as appropriate.

Article 6: Management Requirements

Class librarians should do a good job in book management and record the arrangement, borrowing and return of books;

If the book you want to borrow has been lent out, you need to wait for the appointment time, which is no longer than one week;

Librarians have the right to cancel the book borrowing right of those who have bad borrowing records.
