The library won the honorary title of "Civilized Library" for two consecutive years, and won the honorary titles of "Commending Unit for Spiritual Civilization Construction Service", "Advanced Unit for Cultural Work" and "Advanced Group for Red Reading Activities" from the Ministry of Culture for five consecutive years. Since April 1990, it has been awarded the title of "civilized unit" at the municipal level for five consecutive sessions.
