The year before last, I took the Trinity of Zhejiang Finance, and 10A just got in. However, you should know that the result of the trinity of Zhejiang and finance is largely the result of HKCEE. I still remember that our grades were missing an A and five points. When the results were announced later, most of our exams that year were 12A. There are many11a. 10A is a small part. Almost none below 10A.
No matter whether you are qualified or not (generally, you will not be approved unless you have other outstanding awards or specialties: see official website for this specific award type), even if you are qualified, there is a big gap between you and others in HKCEE. I remember it was not easy at that time.
