Chapter I General Principles

The junior high school mathematics competition is sponsored by the teaching and research section of Zhejiang Provincial Department of Education, and students voluntarily participate once a year.

Article 2 The purpose of junior high school mathematics competition is to actively promote quality education. According to the concept of "Mathematics Curriculum Standard for Full-time Compulsory Education (Experimental Draft)" formulated by the Ministry of Education, we can satisfy students' desire to learn mathematics, stimulate students' interest in learning mathematics, cultivate students' ability to apply mathematics and innovative consciousness, and develop students' mathematics ability, so as to cultivate excellent mathematics talents and make students with mathematics hobbies get better development services in mathematics.

Article 3 Students who participate in junior high school mathematics competitions should be students of Grade 9 (Grade 3) of that year. On the premise of students' voluntary participation, organize students to participate in the competition in the city as a unit. Competition activities cannot affect the normal teaching order of the school.

Chapter II Organization and Leadership

Article 4 The teaching and research section of Zhejiang Provincial Department of Education is responsible for the management and implementation of junior high school mathematics competition, and a junior high school mathematics competition committee is established, with Wang as the director and Xu Fenying and He as the deputy directors, and its members are composed of mathematics researchers from various cities and provincial teaching and research sections. The Competition Committee consists of a proposition group and an implementation group, with Xu Fenying as the team leader and Zhang Jinliang as the deputy team leader; The leader of the implementation team is Chu Shi, and the deputy heads are Shen Haixun and Ou Yisheng. The proposition group is responsible for the examination and adjustment of the proposition of the initial test paper and the retest paper (the retest paper is produced after making necessary adjustments according to the actual situation of the province on the basis of the test paper provided by the Middle School Mathematics Teaching Professional Committee of the Chinese Education Association). The implementation team is responsible for formulating competition implementation rules.

The teaching and research section of the Fifth Provincial Department of Education is responsible for the printing and distribution of propositions, test papers, marking and marking of semi-finals. At the same time, accept the supervision and comments of the cities on the competition work.

Sixth municipal education bureau teaching and research section is responsible for the city's competition. Specific rights and obligations are:

(4) Responsible for the data management of the students participating in this city and the submission of the entries.

(5) Appointed by the Teaching and Research Section of the Provincial Department of Education to supervise and observe the examination process in other cities.

(6) to supervise and comment on the work of the teaching and research section of the Provincial Department of Education on junior high school mathematics competition.

Chapter III Competition Procedures

Article 7 Every year in June 5438+February, the teaching and research section of the Provincial Education Department issues a notice to the teaching and research section of the Municipal Education Bureau, and organizes to participate in the preliminary contest of the next year's national junior high school mathematics competition, and reports it to the Provincial Education Department for the record.

Article 8 The teaching and research section of each municipal education bureau is responsible for organizing students in this city to sign up for the competition, and submitting the number of participants in the preliminary competition to the teaching and research section of the provincial education department within the specified time. The number of people participating in the preliminary competition in each city shall not exceed 8% of the total number of students in Grade 9 (Grade 3) of that year.

Article 9 The setting of pre-test sites shall be determined by municipalities according to local conditions. There are 30 people in each test center, the test number is compiled and the test discipline is strict.

Article 10 Students who take part in the preliminary contest of junior high school mathematics shall also take part in the preliminary contest in the local examination room. After the examination, the teaching and research section of the Municipal Education Bureau is responsible for unified marking and re-evaluation.

Article 11 On the basis of re-evaluation, the teaching and research sections of municipal education bureaus shall determine the list of students participating in the semi-finals according to the principle from high score to low score; The list of semi-final students shall be submitted to the teaching and research section of the Provincial Department of Education within one week after the preliminary round, and the teaching and research section of the Provincial Department of Education shall issue a notice of the semi-final of the provincial junior high school mathematics competition.

Article 12 The total number of students participating in the semi-finals in the province is 800. Among them, 220 rematch places will be evenly distributed among cities (20 people in each city), and the remaining 580 rematch places will be determined to cities in proportion to the total number of students participating in the preliminary competition in the province and the number of students participating in the preliminary competition in each city.

Thirteenth students who participate in the rematch of junior high school mathematics competition will also participate in the rematch in the examination room set up by the teaching and research section of the Municipal Education Bureau. The teaching and research section of the Municipal Education Bureau is responsible for the examination of the rematch of junior high school mathematics competition. The provincial teaching and research section will send the rematch test papers to the test sites in various cities before the rematch on the day of the competition, and serve as a tour teacher. After the exam, the test paper will be bound and sealed and sent to the designated place on the same day.

Article 14 The teaching and research section of the Provincial Department of Education renumbers and binds the rematch papers and sends them to the designated marking place. The marking of re-examination papers is organized and implemented by the teaching and research section of the Provincial Department of Education, and the marking teachers are composed of teaching and research staff of the provincial and municipal teaching and research sections. According to the results of the semi-finals, the first prize of junior high school mathematics competition 150 and the second prize of 250. 400 third prizes in junior high school mathematics competition. In order to encourage and protect the enthusiasm of students, it will be distributed according to the number of people who sign up for the competition in each city. Municipalities should set awards according to the results of the semi-finals and preliminary competitions of participating students in this city. The first and second examination papers of the award-winning students are kept for 3 months.

Fifteenth students who violate discipline in the competition will be disqualified from winning the prize. Students who enter the semi-finals but fail to participate in the semi-finals will automatically lose the qualification to win the first and second prizes.

Chapter IV Propositions and Propositional Principles

Sixteenth junior high school mathematics competition proposition is based on the concept, content and requirements of "Mathematics Curriculum Standard for Full-time Compulsory Education (Experimental Draft)" (grades 7-9), and the ability is appropriately expanded, focusing on examining students' understanding and application of mathematics knowledge. The difficulty of the preliminary examination questions is close to or slightly higher than the difficult part of the junior high school mathematics academic examination (or senior high school entrance examination), and the coverage of knowledge is appropriately emphasized. The second-round exam questions are slightly more difficult than the first-round exam questions, and the coverage of knowledge is not emphasized.

Seventeenth cities can send 20 questions in a unified way every year, and send them to the teaching and research section of the provincial education department at the beginning of June 1 for the proposition group to choose.

Chapter V Awards and Incentives

Eighteenth students won the first, second and third prizes in junior high school mathematics competition, awarded the award certificate by the Middle School Mathematics Professional Committee of China Education Association, and the teaching and research section of the Provincial Department of Education awarded the excellent instructor award certificate to the main instructor of each student who won the first prize. Only 1 students will be awarded 1 excellent tutors.

Nineteenth group awards are set up by the school as a unit to evaluate the achievements of the top five students who participated in the school rematch. There is a 10 group award every year. The school that won the group award was awarded medals by the Teaching and Research Section of the Provincial Department of Education.

Chapter VI Economic Expenses

Article 20 According to the relevant provisions of Zhejiang Caizong [1998] No.224 jointly issued by Zhejiang Price Bureau and Zhejiang Finance Department, the entry fee collected will be used in the teaching and research offices of provinces, cities and counties (cities, districts) according to a certain proportion, mainly for organizing propositions, writing papers, dividing papers and collecting papers.
