First of all, the meeting was guided by mind mapping combined with 5W2H classification. When all the members of our organizing committee held the first seminar, I drew 5W2H first. Then, we brainstormed, separated each argument and regrouped. Finally, the main objectives (why), main participants (WHO), location (where), holding time (when), process (what), how to do it (how) and how much to spend (how much) are determined.
After the meeting, I organized mindmanager through XMIND, and the results are as follows:
This will be very clear and conducive to the preparation and development of activities.
Before the activity, the staff of the sports meeting will be divided into three parts: before, during and after the activity, also in the form of mind map.
At the end of the whole project, we borrowed the recommended steps of BP to make a double offer.
I changed this step according to the actual situation. First of all, I gathered all the staff and explained the success of this activity. Like brainstorming, I am a recorder.
Then make suggestions on what you think can be improved. Because I guided them not to make any judgment, they all considered the problem from the company's point of view, without blaming each other or shirking their responsibilities, just talking about the matter. As a result, everyone spoke freely and thought of more improvements than success.
After the meeting, I summarized and arranged all the records in the form of mind map.
So when we hold activities in the future, we will pay attention to the success and improvement of this project. Good things will continue to be maintained, and those that need improvement will try their best to improve, so that the activities will be planned better and better.
