How to Cultivate Students' Logical Thinking Ability in Mathematics Teaching
The so-called logical thinking ability mainly refers to the ability to observe, compare, analyze, summarize, judge and reason things, that is, the correct and reasonable thinking ability. Logical thinking ability is the core of mathematical thinking, the key ability with core value that primary school students need to master in learning mathematics, and also one of the important goals of primary school mathematics teaching. Good mathematical logical thinking ability is not only the foundation of mathematical development, but also can stimulate students' interest in learning, improve students' mathematical ability and ensure the handling of problems involved in life. Therefore, as a primary school mathematics teacher, we should constantly update our teaching concepts and methods, formulate scientific teaching strategies and adopt effective teaching methods to promote the cultivation and improvement of students' logical thinking ability.

First, the importance of logical thinking ability in primary school mathematics teaching

Primary school mathematics is a difficult subject to learn in primary school, mainly because mathematical knowledge is abstract and special, rigid and flexible. Students who want to learn mathematics well need to have solid basic knowledge, knowledge transfer ability and pioneering and innovative ability, which are based on logical thinking ability. For primary school students, the process of learning mathematics without logical thinking ability becomes a boring, painful and helpless process, and it is impossible to have good math grades. Therefore, in primary school mathematics teaching, teachers should cultivate pupils' logical thinking ability step by step and in a planned way.

Second, the strategy of cultivating pupils' mathematical logical thinking ability

(A) to create a learning atmosphere, mobilize the enthusiasm of students and stimulate their thinking.

We often say that interest is the best teacher. Only by arousing students' interest can we give full play to their enthusiasm and effectively stimulate their new thinking. Therefore, teachers should create certain teaching situations in classroom teaching, introduce students' emotions into the situations related to the learning content, stimulate students' urgent desire to explore, let them actively think, actively express and actively acquire knowledge, so as to achieve the purpose of cultivating logical thinking. For example, when explaining the chapter of "multiplication", the teacher can teach by telling stories: "One day, there will be an animal commendation meeting in the forest to reward the hard-working animals this year, and the prize is a pair of shoes for everyone. But the lion king is worried about how many pairs of shoes to prepare. Why? At first, the animals that were rewarded were rabbits, frogs, zebras, kangaroos and camels. The lion hasn't figured it out for a long time. Students, can you figure out how many pairs of shoes you need to buy? " Using this story-telling method can obviously attract students' attention and stimulate their enthusiasm for learning mathematics, so they will try to think and solve mathematical problems. From listening to the story to thinking, and then listening to the teacher explain the final thinking, each step is step by step, and the last state of mind is suddenly enlightened.

(B) according to the characteristics of students' thinking development, pay attention to the thinking process.

(C) change the angle of thinking, cultivate the flexibility of students' thinking

(4) Cultivate logical thinking ability and develop thinking habits.

Mr. Ye Shengtao, a famous educator, said, "What is education? Simply put, it is to cultivate students' good study habits. "In order to improve the mathematical logic thinking ability of primary school students, students need to develop the habit of thinking. Good thinking habits of primary school students include independent analysis, carefulness and methodism. In teaching, teachers should let students learn to think independently and finish their homework. When encountering difficulties, we should dare to learn and not be afraid of failure. They should overcome blind obedience and dare to question. These habits will benefit students for life. In the stage of learning new knowledge, teachers should pay attention to strengthen the guidance of operational perception transfer, guide students to think about problems, find methods, draw conclusions and discover the laws of new knowledge, so as to cultivate students' learning ability. For example, when teaching "Multiplier is the multiplication of three digits", the teacher reviewed the calculation rules of multiplying two digits by multiple digits, erased the product in the demonstration vertical, added hundreds of digits to the multiplier, and then asked the self-study question: ① Now that the multiplier has increased by one hundred digits, how should we continue the multiplication? (2) What are the similarities and differences between it and the number multiplied by one digit and the number multiplied by ten digits? (3) why should the number of digits multiplied by the multiplicand be aligned with one percent? Students will actively analyze the questions and try to get the answers. This will help students gradually form the habit of independent thinking, cultivate students' exploration ability and improve their ability to analyze and solve problems, and promote the development of students' thinking.

In a word, mathematics is inseparable from thinking, and it can be said that all the conclusions of mathematics are the result of thinking. In mathematics teaching, teachers should constantly explore and study the law of students' thinking formation in mathematics teaching, create conditions and strengthen thinking training, so as to comprehensively cultivate and develop students' logical thinking ability.
