Based on my years of teaching experience, I talk about what primary school math teachers should do to improve their teaching ability.
First, study the textbooks carefully and be able to master them.
Textbooks are the most basic teaching resources. However, teachers should be clear that teaching materials are not the fundamental basis of teaching, but teaching tools, and the fundamental basis is curriculum standards. Therefore, teaching materials should be used according to curriculum standards in teaching. Having knowledge does not mean being able to control the teaching materials freely and skillfully. On the premise of condescending, teachers should try their best to study and understand textbooks from the perspective of discipline system. The teaching material not only contains knowledge content, but also contains rich ideological, scientific and educational content. Teachers should not only know the content of knowledge, but also know the content of thinking ability training and the educational method of ideological content, and master the scientific process of training and the specific steps of ideological education through teaching. It is necessary to study the logic of teaching materials and use scientific thinking methods to be popular, rigorous and clear-headed; It is necessary to study the systematization of teaching materials, pay attention to the connection between the contents of teaching materials, organically combine the knowledge points in teaching materials, and make knowledge systematic; It is necessary to study the rationality of teaching materials, and skillfully ask questions according to students' actual situation and life to guide students' thinking. Only by comprehensively, deeply and accurately understanding the rationality and scientificity of the textbook can we simplify the complex in the lecture, explain it in simple terms, quote extensively, explain it in detail and be fascinating; Instead of reciting other people's conclusions word for word, it makes people feel very boring, not to mention the teacher himself is talking, but the students are sleepy. Only by studying the textbook carefully can we explain the ideas and methods contained in the textbook to students in a simple way, cater to students' actual situation, cater to cognitive psychology and impart knowledge scientifically and correctly. At the same time, we should be good at grasping the key points, difficulties and keys of teaching materials, be aware of them, focus on them when giving lectures, and choose appropriate methods to break through the difficulties. Only in this way can we have a clear aim in the teaching process, realize the correct choice and combination of thinking methods, and thus achieve the purpose of mastering and controlling teaching materials flexibly.
Teachers' rational solution to textbooks cannot be limited to explicit textbooks written in words. To do a good job in teaching and implement quality education, we must also grasp hidden teaching materials. In other words, there should be a fundamental change in the concept of teaching materials, and the concept of generalized teaching materials and large teaching materials should be established. Modern educational theory holds that anything that can influence students, educate them and enrich their knowledge can be regarded as teaching materials. Introducing extracurricular contents related to undergraduate courses in the classroom is of great benefit to broaden students' knowledge and cultivate their abilities.
Second, teachers should have the ability to choose teaching methods according to teaching objectives and teaching contents.
Teachers are the leaders and organizers of classroom teaching. Organizing teaching ability is an important part of teachers' ability structure, and teachers are organizers of educational activities. In order to carry out teaching activities in an orderly and systematic way, teachers must have all aspects of organizational ability. Among them, the ability to organize classroom teaching should include two aspects. On the one hand, it depends on the teacher's teaching material analysis and the choice of teaching methods to organize classroom teaching. On the other hand, it looks at the teaching methods used to develop students' intelligence, cultivate students' ability and arouse students' learning enthusiasm. There is no definite teaching method, and teaching should be guided by the ideas of modern teaching theory. According to the characteristics of the subject and the actual situation of students, we should choose and optimize classroom teaching methods and explore teaching models suitable for the characteristics of the subject and students' cognitive laws.
Thirdly, teachers should improve their ability to use multimedia to assist teaching.
With the rapid development of science and technology, multimedia teaching equipment has entered the classroom. The application of information technology in teaching is one of the symbols of educational modernization. The use of modern multimedia teaching methods such as recording, projection, television, computer and network in the teaching process is conducive to concentrating students' attention, stimulating students' interest in learning, activating students' thinking, providing students with vivid teaching scenes and broadening their horizons. Using information technology to assist teaching, we can also turn the big into the small or turn the small into the big, and scientifically, vividly and intuitively show the problem scenarios or dynamic processes that teachers can't express clearly in words, thus increasing the classroom teaching density and improving teaching efficiency.
Fourth, teachers should have solid basic skills in classroom teaching.
The basic skills of classroom teaching are the necessary teaching ability for a qualified teacher. The basic skills of classroom teaching can be summarized into three aspects: language expression, blackboard writing and blackboard painting. Classroom teaching language should be clear, accurate, concise and vivid. Also pay attention to rich vocabulary, clear organization, humor, cadence; From the reality of students, consider their acceptance, and at the same time use body language such as expressions and gestures to express. Blackboard writing, blackboard drawing, body language and teaching language complement each other, sometimes more accurate and clear than language, and more easily accepted by students. Therefore, well-designed blackboard writing and blackboard painting can not only impart knowledge, but also develop students' ability, produce aesthetic feeling, influence students to form good study habits, stimulate students' enthusiasm for learning, enlighten their wisdom and activate their thinking. The design of blackboard writing and blackboard painting should follow the requirements of planning, accuracy, conciseness, inspiration, demonstration and artistry, so as to make it a train of thought to guide students to obtain scientific conclusions. As the saying goes, "red flowers with green leaves." Blackboard writing, blackboard painting,
