As the saying goes, "it is not spring that outshines others, but spring that makes a hundred flowers blossom." Caring for and cultivating every student is my principle in recent years. After ten years of work, I have clearly realized that every student has his advantages and every child has his bright spots, so I will love every student fairly. We judge a student not only by his grades, but also by how many honors he has won.
