In the whole teaching process, all kinds of tests and exams are important teaching links, and comments after tests and exams are essential. Often many teachers don't pay much attention to this link and think it is dispensable. In my long-term teaching practice, after observation and summary, I think evaluation is a very important link, which can summarize and improve the previous content. I always put post-test comments in an important position in the teaching process, forming a process of testing, feedback, filling in gaps, correction, reflection and improvement. Through the test, we can understand the students' mastery and application of knowledge, and what mistakes and defects exist. Through targeted comments, students can have a deep understanding of knowledge, firmly grasp and skillfully use it, and raise their knowledge and ability to a new level.

First, prepare lectures and evaluations.

In order to make a good lecture and evaluation, we should prepare lessons carefully. Four preparations should be made in evaluating classes.

1. Answer the actual survey and do a good job in data analysis and statistics. It is necessary to statistically record the number of right and wrong of each question, the type, nature and reason of the error, and the different solutions of the same question, so as to determine the content and focus of the evaluation, strengthen pertinence, improve effectiveness, prevent all questions from paying equal attention, and make great efforts to explain the key and difficult contents regardless of primary and secondary bias. .

2. Sort out the knowledge and methods in the topic and arrange the order of comments on the topic. Determine which topics are evaluated according to the longitudinal order of chapters and which are evaluated horizontally, and classify and evaluate them from the perspective of models and types. If only according to the order of the test questions, students' mastery of knowledge is scattered, isolated and chaotic, which is not conducive to students' more systematic mastery of knowledge through evaluation.

We should explain all kinds of correct answers to questions to ensure scientific evaluation. It is necessary to prepare the ideas, steps and basic processes of different solutions, clarify the characteristics and advantages of these solutions, broaden students' knowledge, pay attention to the standardization of solving problems, and prepare explanations for students' problems that break through difficulties, so as to make scientific comments without making mistakes.

4. Pay attention to the guidance of problem-solving methods, the cultivation of ability and non-intellectual quality, and reflect the goal of all-round quality cultivation. While preparing the answers to the questions, we should consider what scientific methods we should learn, what abilities we should cultivate, what aspects of ideological education we should give students, and determine specific goals so that students can improve comprehensively through comments. I often ask students to correct their mistakes before handing in their test papers, so that they can analyze, reflect and summarize their mistakes. Therefore, I often see that in the re-submitted test papers, students not only seriously correct their mistakes, but also attach a large number of self-criticism statements, analyze the reasons for the mistakes and seriously reflect. This serious method of analysis, reflection and summary will in turn promote the overall improvement of their learning attitude, learning methods, knowledge and ability in the future learning process, and can better achieve the goal of comprehensively cultivating students' quality.

Second, talk about praise class.

Some teachers just announce the answers to questions in the evaluation class, so that students can get the correct answers, which often does not play the role of evaluation.

We should also do four things and four comments when evaluating classes.

1. Be targeted and comment on the knowledge that students have mastered from reality. The evaluation should not only cover all the answers, but also repeat each question. Instead, we should grasp common and typical mistakes, highlight key points, and conduct in-depth analysis and summary according to the actual knowledge of the whole class. Only in this way can we draw inferences. In the exam, students often make mistakes of one kind or another, often because they can't correctly analyze the topic, can't find the train of thought, or can't find the hidden conditions in the topic and can't answer it, or they don't pay attention to the key words in the topic and get the wrong meaning, and can't sum up the ideas. These problems should be evaluated according to the actual situation of students' knowledge.

2. Organize, classify and comment on knowledge. Some teachers only comment from beginning to end in the order of topics, which is not conducive to students' further combing and mastering knowledge through comments. The arrangement of lectures and evaluations should be combined with knowledge classification.

(1) vertical classification, that is, comments are made according to the order of knowledge content in each chapter. Comment on the contents of each chapter together and let the students analyze the key chapters. It is convenient for students to review key chapters.

(2) horizontal classification, that is, evaluation according to the connection, identity and regularity of each part of knowledge. Summarize problems, strengthen the coherence between knowledge and improve students' comprehensive problem-solving ability.

3 should be inspired, improved, demonstrated, combined with error correction, consolidation and improvement for comments.

(1) Profound analysis and strict reasoning. For the review topic, it is necessary to point out the main points of examination, clarify the research object, analyze the meaning of the topic, and list the correct problem-solving methods according to the situation of each topic. As for the specific operation process, sometimes you can simply mention it. Such profound analysis and rigorous reasoning can inspire, demonstrate and improve students' understanding and solving problems.

(2) Highlight ideas and methods and seek common ground while reserving differences. When commenting, we should not only talk about the right and wrong of knowledge itself, but also highlight the guidance of methods and combine the two. When commenting on the same topic, we should inspire how to think from different angles, put forward different viewpoints, and develop different thinking while achieving a correct understanding of * * * *. This can not only deepen students' understanding of knowledge, but also activate students' thinking and cultivate innovative spirit. In addition to pointing out the conventional problem-solving methods, it is also necessary to guide students' problem-solving skills and put forward some simple, clear, ingenious and creative ideas and methods to solve problems skillfully and quickly.

(3) Broaden extension and promote migration. There are two kinds of widening when commenting. One is that the same problem is broadened and extended to a deeper level or more aspects. After analyzing a topic, students can be asked further questions in one step or multiple aspects, so that students can master the knowledge of the topic and expand and improve it step by step. The second is to broaden and extend the problem from one field to another with similarity.

4. Be thoughtful and combine the analysis of knowledge with the cultivation of students' non-intellectual quality. Commenting on exams is a good opportunity to educate students. Students should be educated in style of study in combination with comments. Zankov believes that "grades (including bad grades and good grades) seem to play a leverage role, and teachers can use this leverage to achieve their predetermined goals." When commenting, you can skillfully use this lever and play its role correctly. You can praise students with good grades, especially those who have made remarkable progress despite learning difficulties, and you can also praise some students who have low scores but answered well. This makes students who study well have higher aspirations, study harder and be stricter with themselves. Students with certain difficulties can not only see the gap, but also feel the need to keep up, build confidence and feel the joy of advancing in overcoming difficulties. Make students correctly treat achievements and setbacks, and exercise strong will and perseverance; Establish a strong sense of competition, work hard and keep making progress. Lay a good foundation for setting foot on the job in the future.

These are my personal views and thoughts. As an important part of teaching, teachers should attach importance to this part. After analysis, induction and summary, the previous contents can be summarized and improved. We should explore a better teaching mode and method to improve the effect of attending and evaluating classes. There are still many problems in teaching management and teaching evaluation, which need to be discussed and solved with teachers.
